Welcome to your next vacation home! Enjoy both the peacefulness and quietness of the outer cape area in this beautiful beach house. Upon entry to the home you will be greeted warmly by a nice open area room where the family can both get their days started and end them together. The exterior of the home is completed with an amazing side deck, which hosts a gas grill and a glass outdoor table for your morning coffee enjoyment. The fenced in back yard serves as the perfect spot for your post beach recap! Wash away the sand and salt in the. outdoor shower or lay out and take a nap in the hammock after the sun has drained you of all energy.

This lovely beach house is in the perfect location for vacationers who'd like the opportunity to explore the entirety of Cape Cod! Eastham is in reaching distance (20 miles) to Provincetown, not having to dedicate an entire day of your vacation to get there and back. It is also close enough to Chatham (16 miles) and. all the other Cape Towns and Main Streets that you can truly do and go wherever you desire. One of the main attractions of the Outer Cape Is the Beachcomber Bar and Restaurant, only 5.5 miles away! The best locations this home is near also include the Wellfleet Drive in Movie Theatre, Cape Cod Bike Path, Arnolds Restaurant and Bar and the fact that it also has Beach Access Via the Bike Path which allows guests to circumvent route 6 all together

Eastham house review

This house was well located on the Upper Cape. Extremely clean and well stocked including beach chairs, towels and kitchen cookware. A very good floor plan and nice working fireplace. Our main criticism is there was a hurricane on the day we arrived and we were told there might not be power or water. We called management to ask if this house was affected and they never got back to us. Also all beds were extremely old and uncomfortable with cheap bedding and pillows.

family beach vacation

This 3BR house was perfect for our 5 person party. It was cute and comfortable and the location was within an easy drive of restaurants, beaches (bay and ocean), grocery store, Provincetown, Chatham. Kitchen was very well-equipped, and made breakfasts and lunches easy to do at home. A/C in the bedrooms worked great and was necessary during this high temperature (80s, 90s) week.

Clean secluded house

Very clean place to stay. Located in a nice area of cape cod with plenty to do! Quit neighbors except for a Thursday night, when a neighbor had a loud and large party well into the night. Overall very good experience!

Quiet neighborhood retreat

We relaxed and enjoyed this well appointed and quaintly decorated home. The house is conveniently located right next to Wellfleet and beautiful beaches and a short drive to both the outer cape and mid-cape.

Cute, cozy and clean cape house! Located near all the outer Cape attractions ( Marconi and Coast Guard Beaches,Nauset Light, the quaint Town of Wellfleet and Provincetown). Well decorated and appointed this house is perfect for a small family and has everything you need for a comfy stay. I would easily recommend this home to anyone who wants a stay in a nice house in a good outer cape location.

Charming house on a quite road but close to restaurants and beaches. The outdoor shower and hammock were great adds! The inside was very clean and had all the bells and whistles. I would definitely stay here again!
