Copacabana (Posto 4) - Large apartment with beach view
The building is located on the corner of Avenida Atlantica and Rua Bolivar (between Posto 4 and 5), few meters from the beach.
In Rio this area is known as "Baixo Copacabana" - The area with most of the best restaurants of all types and most popular bars in Copacabana. This is a very safe and pleasant area at all times. Everything you will need is very near.
There is a partial view of the beach from the flat. Very large windows slide to one side to create an open balcony space.The building has 24 hour doorman.
There are 9 floors with only 2 apartments per floor. From the shared roof terrace on 10th floor there is a stunning 180 degree direct view of Copacabana beach. On New Year’s eve the Rio fireworks are right in front of the building. The apartment has just been through complete refurbishment.
The space is 145 m2 with 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 each have two single beds that also can be arranged as super kingsize doubles. Bedroom 3 is also used as TV room and has a single sofa bed.
There are 3 bathrooms (1 en-suite).
It is a very peaceful residential building with families and retired people - not suitable for parties or events.
The living room and dining room are connected with an open kitchen. The kitchen has a large fridge/ freezer, double electric oven with gas hob. Dishwasher, microwave and other kitchen equipment. There is a service area with washing machine and space for drying clothes.
There is silent air-con in all bedrooms and dining room.
Fast multi-user Wi-Fi.
Hi-Fi with high quality speakers, CD player, radio and cable to connect to your own music on phone or laptop.
TV with basic cable programmes and DVD player.
Iron and Iron board.
Bed linen and towels are provided (please don't take the towels to the beach).

If you would like a mid-stay cleaning of the apartment I will do my best to organise this for you. You will be paying the cleaner directly.
