Host ensured that the house had the AC blowing when we got there. Check in was just arriving and using the code to open the door. I had no issues and loved my stay here. It is cute, reasonably priced, and in a great location.

The house was wonderful. We stayed overnight on our way to northern NM. The fully fenced backyard was perfect for our dog. Communicating with Carol was a dream and we certainly took advantage of her recommendation for El Tejavan on I40 west. Try the combo fajitas. All in all a great experience. We will be back. A great spot! Very clean and plenty of outdoor lighting if you arrive late. Comfy bed too. Carol was very accommodating and lovely to communicate with. We will definitely be back when we pass thru Amarillo.

This was an amazing place to stay.It had everything I needed for visiting my family and friends in the area.It was beautiful, cozy, comfortable and safe and quiet. It was very clean and the king bed was so comfortable!The pictures are exactly what it looks like.I will be returning and staying here with my husband next time.Itā€™s perfect for one and probably better for a couple.Definitely a five star place.

I stand by my property, my record, my excellent reviews, & the evidence that resolved this matter in my favor. The facts speak louder than false allegations. The guest occupied the property, then demanded a refund based on a narrative that was thoroughly investigated & found to be unsubstantiated. After the refund was denied, this review followed. I have welcomed guests into this property for more than a decade, in all those years I have never encountered a guest who conducted themselves in this manner. I trust prospective guests will recognize the significance of my longstanding record.

This place is a dream come true for us, traveling with dogs, the property is close to the interstate. Itā€™s in a safe neighborhood with plenty of restaurants/stores nearby. The yard is beautifully fenced and the king size bed is very comfortable! Many small touches that puts this place way above par inside and out!
