We ARE definitely pet friendly! We love dogs. ☺️ So glad our home was perfect for you! Except asking that out of respect for the property you not allow your 2 very large dogs on the furniture or bedding. This is a common guideline in vacation rentals, as allowing pets directly on linens and upholstered furniture quickly damages them and makes it difficult to maintain the level of cleanliness expected by all guests. What’s unfortunate is that this concern was never communicated during the stay. Had you reached out, I would have gladly provided a protective cover so your dogs could sleep comfortably while still protecting the bedding. Instead, this issue was raised only after checkout through several lengthy charged messages. Most situations like this are easily resolved with a quick message during the stay. We always try to accommodate guests whenever possible when communication is open. We remain committed to offering a clean, well-maintained home that welcomes responsible pet owners while protecting the quality of the property for future guests.
