This was the second time we stayed in the house in 3 weeks. Everything was the same as the first time (which I previously reviewed) and I would recommend the house. Will try and stay there again the next time we are coming through town.

Attention to detail!!!! This host thought of everything and property was better than described. Very comfortable bed, convenient outdoor furnishings, play area for dogs and all was neat, tidy and organized. We will be back.

We absolutely loved our stay! Our host was very kind, accommodating, and communicative. We accidentally ended up leaving a garment bag at the property, and Carol was so quick to help get it returned. We will definitely book this property for future trips!

Our host was great . She sent pictures of house with entry which helped a lot when you are coming in at night. She made sure lights and heat were on so we did not have to worry about getting in and getting warmed up. The house is so cute very clean has everything you would need .

This place is a dream come true for us, traveling with dogs, the property is close to the interstate. Itā€™s in a safe neighborhood with plenty of restaurants/stores nearby. The yard is beautifully fenced and the king size bed is very comfortable! Many small touches that puts this place way above par inside and out!

Carol was a delightful host & our stay was grand. Our K9 was completely relaxed, & had room to roam in a secure yard without worry. A super plus, the heated toilet seat in the bathroom, sure did make it more comfortable on those chilly nights. May try to stay again when passing through Amarillo again.

We arrived late and left early, but the place was very cute, clean and comfortable. The fenced in yard was handy with the pup and the neighborhood was quiet to walk her around in the morning. Will need to stay here again when we arenā€™t in such a hurry.

The host was very kind upon check in & the place was great, BUT the listing was inaccurate & the pet polices were misleading. The listing makes this appear to be a very pet friendly location, but pets are not allowed on the furniture, including the bed. This is of course understandable as a policy, but was not in the listing at all. We would never book a place with this rule in place as our dogs are not accustomed to sleeping on the floor. We always read rules carefully & book accordingly. It completely ruined our night and our stay at this otherwise lovely place. This could have been easily remedied with clear rules/policies.

We ARE definitely pet friendly! We love dogs. ā˜ŗļø So glad our home was perfect for you! Except asking that out of respect for the property you not allow your 2 very large dogs on the furniture or bedding. This is a common guideline in vacation rentals, as allowing pets directly on linens and upholstered furniture quickly damages them and makes it difficult to maintain the level of cleanliness expected by all guests. Whatā€™s unfortunate is that this concern was never communicated during the stay. Had you reached out, I would have gladly provided a protective cover so your dogs could sleep comfortably while still protecting the bedding. Instead, this issue was raised only after checkout through several lengthy charged messages. Most situations like this are easily resolved with a quick message during the stay. We always try to accommodate guests whenever possible when communication is open. We remain committed to offering a clean, well-maintained home that welcomes responsible pet owners while protecting the quality of the property for future guests. This is definitely a must stay. The cutest little getaway, its very comfortable and cozy. Enough room for your fur babies to roam in the yard. All you need in a perfectly well designed space. I give it 10/10 I have it listed as an absolute favorite.

I loved this place. This is one of the nicest B&Bs I have ever stayed in. There was a beautiful yard area for my dog that was clean and safe. The studio itself was charming nicely, decorated clean and the most comfortable bed you could want. The heated toilet seat was a treat. I will stay here again if I have the chance.
