The Craftsman House will not disappoint.

The spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas offer plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and feel at home. There is also a nice yard that lends lots of room for everyone to roam and run. This house has a great yard for humans and pets to burn off pent up energy from a long drive.

The space:
This Craftsman style house was built in 1924 and still has all the charm of a 100 year old house. A charming 3 bedroom 1 bath home with spacious detached single car garage offers the charm of yesteryear combined with the modern conveniences of today. Newly refurbished throughout with beautifully restored original hardwood floors, new paint and texture, modern central heat and air and upgraded electrical. The large country kitchen boasts new cabinetry and a convenient island. Centrally located within walking distance to Amarillo College and quick access to both I-40 and I-27.

Pet friendly. Even has a large kennel folded up in the front closet and a doggie door. There is a cabinet near the back door that has some pet toys and some old towels you are welcome to use to wipe down your dog after a day of red dirt at Palo Duro Canyon.

Along with the amazing memory foam mattresses, the bedrooms all have an assortment of firm and soft pillows, soft sheets, bedspreads, and comforters. Your good night's rest is especially important to us.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all dishes, flatware, pots/pans, baking sheet, toaster, utensils, etc needed to prepare meals. There are also paper goods in the cupboard. There is a teapot, coffee pot, coffee, a variety of sweeteners, creamer, tea packets, apple cider, bottled water and other miscellaneous goodies in the pantry.

The bathroom has all necessary linens, as well as, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. We also have small toiletry items available that you may have forgotten when packing for your trip.

The living area has a large television with access to multiple channels thru AT&T TV and Roku and Netflix. There is also a collection of books, board games, playing cards for entertaining.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire 3 bedroom house 1 bathroom house, the fenced back yard, front yard, long single drive and circle driveway, and a single car garage upon request.

Other things to note:
The Craftsman House is equipped with an August brand smart lock. It is very user friendly. Confirmed guests will receive an access code via email. You will have the option to use the keypad or the August smart lock app on a smart phone.
