This newly remodeled oceanfront property, located directly on Hollywood Beach, offers a swimming pool, barbecue grills, washer/dryers, cable TV, a CD player, and a full kitchen. All linens and housewares are included.
While staying here you can enjoy many different activities! These include, but are not limited to, golfing, fishing, scuba diving, strolling along the boardwalk, and gambling on the casino boats. There are also a number of good restaurants available, and plenty of shopping opportunities.

Perfect for our needs

The apartment was perfect for our needs. Its location on the Broadwalk and next to the beach is amazing. The seating area out front is peaceful yet connects you to the gentle flow of people along a more secluded section of the Broadwalk. Rick, as always, was very responsive to our needs. We’ll come back soon.

Amazing!

I absolutely fell in love with this place. I was fortunate enough to stay for a month and didn't want to leave. The condo is oceanfront and it was wonderful to sit and watch the sunrise in the morning. It was so comfortable there and I can't recommend this place enough! The owners were so nice and very helpful too. I can't wait to come back! I already miss it.

Just perfect for what we wanted

Right in front of the beach, what else can you ask for? Easy communication with the owner, clear instructions received prior to arrival for access, wifi, parking etc. Walmart market, liquor store, Publix at a walking distance or a 5 minute ride in local bus, great for us as we did not have a car. Free music shows in different places on the boardwalk at night, plenty of restaurants and bars. Condo is located on the quiet end, perfect location. We loved it!

I miss this condo already!!!

Beautifully decorated condo; the pictures do not do it justice! Plenty of beach essentials- chairs, umbrellas, equipment. Prompt response from owner if you have questions and great communication - he even sent a hand drawn map to the temporary parking location! There are many thoughtful supplies on hand - the coffee, sugar and CoffeeMate were so appreciated! Lots of cooking utensils, cookware, plates and glassware. Great courtyard overlooking the boardwalk and beach with tables and umbrellas; met some great folks at the daily 'happy hour'. There was a convenient store nearby for supplies, and nearby restaurants/bar to enjoy a 'night cap' after enjoying the boardwalk or returning from the Thursday through Sunday free concerts. We HIGHLY recommend this condo...best place to be in Hollywood!

A winter respite

Accommodations were clean and bed very comfortable. Owner was very helpful when I arrived. Proximity to ocean and broadwalk primo!!! Proximity to grocer and liquor store perfect. Close to restaurants and shops. Only wish there was balcony seating, but despite that, I witnessed many glorious S FL sunrises!!

Awesome beachfront retreat

We were very pleased with our recent stay. The unit is located on the Broadwalk with amazing views of the ocean. Very quiet, yet close to many restaurants and shops. The pics that you see are what you get. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The owner reached out to us prior to our stay and gave us his contact info in the event that we should need anything. We also met several other owners during our stay and they were very friendly and helpful. One of the best perks is having your very own space to park behind the building. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again. Thanks again Rick and Mani for allowing us to stay in your beautiful vacation home.

We loved very much to stay at this unit of condo. Every thing was super clean and confortable. Loved the location, loved the view. Everything was in order in this building too. Rick and Mani are excellent host. I highly recommend this place. Simply perfect.

Great recently modernized condo with everything you need for a great time.

Steps from the Hollywood Beach boardwalk and beach. Recently modernized condo in a great old school 3 story building. The condo was outfitted with anything and everything you need (except a drink shaker...LOL) for a great time on the beach, cooking or just having a great time. Assigned FREE parking at the unit, a pool (behind the building) and walking distance to some great restaurants and activities. A great price for a nice unit with a sunrise view from the front window. It is old school so it is on the smaller size, but a great unit for two people. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great condo in Hollywood Beach

We stayed in Rick's condo from 10/23 - 10/27/2018. It is a beautiful one bedroom condo directly on the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk/Beach. This is a 3rd floor condo in a building with no elevator. If you are okay with steps, it is well worth it for the amazing view of the beach and ocean. The condo is stocked with everything you need from towels, sheets, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and a nicely stocked full kitchen. Rick, the owner. did reach out to us several days prior to arrival to offer us the option of a refund due to construction that would be happening at the complex during our stay. We opted to still stay and we are glad we did. Yes, it was noisy all day but we were up and out of the condo each day. We walked the Broadwalk each morning and spent the day on the beach and in the beautiful warm and blue water. This condo is at the quiet end of the Broadwalk but within walking distance of many restaurants/bars and shops. We only left one night for an anniversary dinner at GG's Waterfront Bar and Grill a quick 5 minute drive away from the condo. We would definitely recommend this condo when staying in Hollywood Beach.

Wonderful apt just off the broadwalk. Perfectly located to beach and activities.

This apt was lovely. Well maintained and furnished with everything we needed. Just off the beach and it had a pool. I was sorry we didn't stay longer. I will definitely return to this apt.

Beautiful View

The view when we arrived was a beautiful site of the beach with the aqua color water. The place also was nicely decorated and comfortable. The owner did call us the day before we arrived to let us know that construction was going on around the building and if it was a problem to let him know. We did not realize how extensive the construction was to be so we stayed to later realize we would not be able to use some of the area around the place. The owner did apologized and compensated us. The only other part that did not work out for us is the red tide came and closed some of the beaches. Apparently our timing for renting this place was way off. Nice place though.

Amazing place!

This place is absolutely amazing! You will not be disappointed with anything! The condo is clean and well stocked with plenty of towels, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler to take to the beach. The view is beautiful and we really enjoyed being on the quiet end of the Boardwalk but a close enough walk to grab a drink or something to eat. Rick and Mani are awesome to work with and were very accommodating with our schedule. Thank you for making our 30th wedding anniversary trip a very memorable one. We will definitely be back! Great location, very nice place

If you're looking for a charming beach front condo that is peaceful and lovely, this is your place… and it has an incredible ocean view. The location is perfect, just a few steps from the sand and on the quiet end of the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk. Very nice place, amazing location!

Great little full service condo which will have everything you need. I think the pictures don't even do the location justice. You walk from the patio right onto the Hollywood boardwalk which is within 1000 feet of restaurants and bars. The condo is front and center ocean front with an amazing view but in a quiet enough location that there's plenty of room on the beach. We loved it!
