Beautiful Apartment and building located on Hollywood beach. Gorgeous waterview of the intracoastal. Ideally located on Hollywood Beach. This luxury real estate Condominium provides a peaceful atmosphere, free from busy crowds. Exclusive direct beach access. The building is just minutes away from high-end shopping, great dining, top entertainment and cultural hotspots.

- Nicely decorated & furnished

Full Kitchen with Large Refrigerators, Dishwashers, Oven/Stove, Micro Wave Ovens, and all necessary Kitchen Appliances and utensils. Spacious Bathrooms with Tub and Shower.

Bedding includes Pillows, Duvets and Linens

More than 4 golf courts are within less than a mile from the Condo. Among them the Diplomat Country Club is within walking distance.
Walmart, Ross, Walgreens, and many other shops are located at less than half a mile.
Nearby Hotels include The Westin Diplomat and Crown Plaza with great restaurants and fun.

This is a paradise for fun as it is just minutes to Gulfstream Race Track & Shopping, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and Mardi Grass at the Greyhound Track.

Aventura Mall is 5 minutes away from Condo and Sawgrass Mills Mall only at 10 minutes.

Parking service rates:
One week: USD 100 per stay
Two weeks: USD 125 per stay
Three weeks: USD 150 per stay
Four weeks: USD 175
Holliday: USD 40

Resort fee: USD 30 for every two persons per stay due only with Credit card at Check in at complex administration.

A USD 20 deposit will be requested to receive the Parking Decal, which has to be returned before 5 PM the check-out date to receive the USD 20 deposit refund.

There are washers and dryers available on every floor, but you have to pay for each load using a card

- Guests shall comply with all the complex association rules

We don't provide daily housekeeping. Paper toilet and soap are only provided at check it and is not refillable.

Arrival on the 12th of July, checkin process with the property manager was a breeze. We go our parking pass and fob within a short period of time. Once we got into the apartment it had all the amenities needed for our stay. There were a couple of hiccups with the AC and the refrigerator, however once I reached out to the property manager the response was super quick and they got a tech onsite to fix the issues next day. Communication was amazing throughout the stay with Marcello and the property manager checking in regularly. Overall a great stay with lots to do in the area.

Property manager was wonderful. Checkin process was long, but is expected in such a large complex to wait to get arm bracelets and door fob. Walking distance to Publix. Beach chairs umbrella in the room was nice. Beach and pool were very crowded - it’s a very large complex. Cafe onsite was minimal, but served in a pinch. Kitchen was well stocked if you plan to cook.

10 out of 10, this place was perfect. We were within 5 min of walking to the pool and the beach. The room was charming, had everything we needed, for staying in - the kitchen had everything, even a pizza stone to bake on, to the supplies needed for a day at the beach, chairs and an umbrella. The best part was that the host, Liliana, met us at check in and walked us thru everything we needed to know. From parking, to using the key fob for the elevators, to where we could order room or beach service from the on site Cafe, to the laundry room and how to load the key card for the machines. Liliana made us feel like friends immediately, she pointed out the closest places to get the best food, shopping. Way above expectations met. We will be staying here again. OH - also, the most excellent a/c unit.

Everything you need for your short stay ! Great location

This place is on the beach , location is great many stores/restaurants around . The place was super clean and had everything we needed for our week stay . Thank God we had the host helping with checkin process. The host was super nice and responsive I would recommend and will definitely stay there again !!

Great condo!

Would definitely stay here again! Staff was kind and helpful, cute little cafe in the building, close to convention center. Close to the Boardwalk too, lots of dining options. Marcello and his people were very helpful when we ran late for check in and met with us first thing in the morning to get our key fobs. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Nice apartment , great location!

Very nice and clean apartment. The location is great - close to everyting you need for a family vacation - food, shopping, restaurants. Quite and peacefull. Nice pool area and just a couple of steps from the ocean.

Hollywood Beach Getaway

The location of the property is excellent especially its nearness to the airport. The swimming pool was extremely nice as was the nearness to the beach. The cafe was a good addition. The check in process was too complicated.

Perfect for a few days

The apartment was clean and very accommodating for our needs. The location is perfect for the beach and the pool. I would recommend purchasing snacks and drinks to store in the kitchen as there weren’t any restaurants close by.

We really enjoyed this Condo. It is right on the beach

The apartment is very nice. Located in the Hollywood beach area, white sand and blue sea. We had everything we needed to relax and enjoyed the pool and beach. Marcelo, the host, has been very nice and answered all our questions.

Relaxing Vacation

My family had a wonderful time. From the condo to the facilities everything was not only excellent but clean and well kept. We were abke to enjoy ourselves and go out and about; what's more, the proxumity of grocery stores was great. All in all it was a beautiful place, great location, clean, secured and my family and I will definitely come back again. Thanks Marcello, we all had a beautiful vacation!
