Built in 1906, this charming house, thanks to its location, has been a source of inspiration for many painters and a gathering place for reunions for a century.
Located at the start of the coastal path in the charming seaside resort of Carteret, the house—which offers a unique view of the sea—is built on three levels:
- On the first floor, a large living-dining room, a kitchen, a restroom, and a shower for when you return from the beach;
- On the first floor, two magnificent south-facing bedrooms overlooking the sea and a children’s bedroom, along with a bathroom and a restroom;
- On the second floor, a third bedroom facing the sea with an en suite bathroom, as well as a second bedroom.
In the basement, there is access to the laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
Excellent fiber-optic internet connection.
To round out this charming, century-old home, a beautiful terrace facing the sea features a wooden picnic table with a parasol, garden chairs, and, a little further away, a spacious charcoal grill where you can cook meat, fish, and vegetables—all while looking out at the sea.
Don’t miss this unique view of the beach, the tides, and the coastline from Cap de Carteret.
There’s direct access to Carteret Beach and the restaurant La Potinière.
The kitchen is fully equipped (large refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stovetop and oven, and microwave). Everything is designed to ensure you have a wonderful stay, and those who wish to cook will find everything they need (cooking utensils); a freezer is also available.
