This home is perfect for snowbirds and vacationers looking to explore beautiful Arizona, as well as folks working remotely. Go hiking, attend professional sports events, golf, or work from home, all while basking in the famous Arizona weather. The home includes 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, 4 beds and a den with WiFi and a quiet work environment. Entertain on the patio and enjoy the pool/spa. Additional $30 per night for a one week minimum duration will provide for the pool to be heated; $10 per use for the spa. The spacious floor plan includes both comfortable living and family rooms. Set up well for the long term stays, but short term vacationers are welcomed as well.

Beyond Excellence

We stayed at Gayle and Jim’s home from Feb 23rd until March 23rd. It was exactly as pictured and described. We are happy to provide an exceptional rating. The home and yard were beautiful, spacious, well equipped, and very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and spa which were heated to our perfect temperature.Gayle and Jim were wonderful hosts who responded in minutes to any questions or concerns we had. Our Spring Training Trip to Goodyear AZ

My wife, daughter and her husband, and I spent seven days here and enjoyed every minute of our trip. The house is very clean, well-appointed and safe. The owner resides across the street and is helpful as needed. The house is a very short drive to the Reds training site and retail stores. When we return to the area this is where we will stay.

Perfect location; perfectly stocked; perfectly cleaned…my stay here was great. The owner was always available, if needed, but gladly, she was never needed!!! I plan to stay here again….(as an added bonus: this home has a fantastic book collection!!)

Spacious home with lovely pool&spa

We had a wonderful weeklong stay! We loved the open and spacious floor plan, as well as the very private outdoor space and spa. The home was well-supplied for cooking and relaxing; we had everything we needed and the owners were available for any question we had. Hiking nearby. 20 min to downtown (and to our family just northwest of the city). Highly recommend!

Pool Paradise!

The beautiful property (which includes an amazing backyard pool, spa, and covered patio) had everything our young family of 4 needed, and more. Our 4.5 and 1.5 yr old boys loved the pool and spa, which were the perfect size for us! The heated option was very nice and allowed us to spend multiple hours in the water each day! The property was only outdone by how wonderful and helpful Gayle and Jim were! They provided excellent local recommendations and even helped us out when we locked ourselves out by accident. We'd highly recommend this VRBO to anyone visiting Phoenix. Also, dont be discouraged about the location! Goodyear is a very nice area with an amazing rec center very close by and lots of restaurants! We were also able to take the I-10 into areas loke Tempe, Mesa, etc. without any issues! 10 out of 10!

Exceptional Experience

From sign-in to checkout, this was our best VRBO experience, and we've used VRBO often. The house was large, plenty of room to spread out, well furnished and decorated. Kitchen was fully equipped. Pool and patio were sunny, warm (even on days in the low 60s because of how it gathers heat and blocks wind) and private. Our hosts were very helpful, responsive and full of local info when asked. Location was close to Estrella Mt. Regional Park in Goodyear and Skyline Regional Park, and the Verrado trails in neighboring Buckeye, plus good birding locations - all important as hiking and birding were part of our reason for visiting. Smart tv (Roku), no satellite or cable, so you'll need to be a subscriber to one or more streaming services to watch live tv. Neighborhood very pleasant and quiet. Overall an A+ experience for us.

Beautiful & Peaceful Home

This home is very welcoming and and extremely clean. Backyard is beautifully landscaped and the pool and spa are very appealing. Nice to sit outside with your morning coffee enjoying the sound of the pool fountain. Homeowner is close by for any questions or assistance. I needed to work from home during my stay and owner was accommodating and provided the set up I needed, the high speed internet ensured I stayed well connected to the office. If needed I would gladly stay here again and again, this home is 5 stars.

My husband and I moved here from the Seattle area in 2003, had this home built and are the original owners. We loved living in Arizona! Sadly, he passed away in 2015. I retired in 2019 after having worked from home for a national organization since moving here in 2003. I have thoroughly enjoyed the home, but now am living in another nearby property and am able to share this great house with you! Originally from Northern Minnesota, I have lived a number of locations throughout the country, but love Goodyear Arizona the most. 🌞

At the time the home was built in 2003, the West Valley was booming and construction was taking place everywhere. We carefully surveyed the area since we were moving from out of state, and loved this location due to its close proximity to the I-10 Interstate, and since I traveled a lot for work, being a half hour from the airport has been great. Goodyear has an extremely low crime rate and a small town feel. There are also LOTS of new restaurants and entertainment options, including a recreation campus and Cincinatti & Cleveland baseball facilities within walking distance.

This great property is covered by Short-Term Rental License No. STR0000239 with the City of Goodyear and is in full compliance of city regulations. Having a separate living room and family room, as well as a den with dedicated work space, makes multiple people sharing the home a breeze - everyone can have their own space for activities. The large patio with a large table providing seating for 6, along with additional seating options, makes outdoor meals a treat! The pool adds just what you may be looking for, whether you choose to heat it and swim on a daily basis, or just use the spa on the beautiful starry evenings. The master bedroom with its own bath is completely separate from the other bedrooms which adds another dimension of space and privacy. Perfect for several couples sharing space or for families.
