Clean and comfortable 1900 sq. ft. home in the resort community of Estrella Mountain Ranch, Arizona. Fully tiled with quality furnishings throughout. The home features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a natural gas range. Choose to dine at the breakfast bar, at the pub style dining set, or enjoy the sunny, private backyard.

There are three spacious and comfortable bedrooms in the home and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom is a separate retreat with a king bed, 50” smart TV, a large walk-in closet, and a deluxe ensuite with double sinks, separate shower and soaker tub. The great room style living area has reclining sofa, love seat, and chair and a 55” smart TV.

Tropical flowers and desert landscaping surround a full-size, completely private swimming pool and spa. There is a natural gas BBQ island with bar fridge and sink. Lounge chairs and patio umbrellas are provided for you to sit in privacy and comfort at the “baja beach” style pool and enjoy the sunny, south-facing backyard.

The neighbourhood is a resort style community offering plenty of green-space, tennis courts, basketball courts and miles of spectacular hiking and biking trails in the Foothills. Both the North and South lakes in the community have paved, well-lit walking/biking paths surrounding them to enjoy the beautiful Arizona sunsets.

Within minutes of the home is the Golf Club of Estrella, an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus II designed golf course and just down the hill is the Tres Rios Golf Course at Estrella Mountain Park.

The home is less than ten minutes from the Goodyear Ball Park if you would like to watch spring training and we are only 20 minutes from the Phoenix Raceway hosting NASCAR.

If relaxing and soaking up the sun or star gazing at night is what you are after, you need go no further than your beautiful, private backyard.

This home is in a beautiful neighborhood and is close to the lakes, grocery store, golf, and trails. The home is clean and plenty of room for 6 people. The backyard yard provides an extra level of luxury. The house manager was great to work with and responded to questions right away.

This home was perfect for us ! We instantly felt like we were at a home away from home. The kitchen was well stocked. The living room furniture was comfy. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great as well. The backyard oasis was the icing on the cake and we thoroughly enjoyed each day in the pool and spa after spending our mornings at the golf course or sightseeing. We paid the extra for the pool to be heated and it was well worth it. Denice’s communication was super helpful as well. I can’t say enough good things about this home.

Beautiful property, beautiful area

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Everything was exactly as pictured inside and out from the sparkling clean pool and spa to the amazing large fire bowl. Denise was very responsive from the day we booked right through our entire stay!

Nice property and area

Everything was perfect for our stay. Communication with owner was enough and not too much. The area is beautifully maintained and newer. Really just an enjoyable stay. The 10/10 rating is warranted.

Great Spring Training Getaway

This house is very clean with an open floor plan. You definitely won’t be disappointed with the pool, spa and fire pit. Enjoyed our stay and had great communication with the owners. Would highly recommend.

Home Away From Home!!

We absolutely love Denise and Craig's home. It is so welcoming and has everything a person may need and you feel like you are in your own home. We have rented this house for 3 years and have reserved it again for next year.

Beautiful Property

We had a fabulous stay at the Estrella Mountain Ranch Oasis. The location is perfect with quiet nights and easy access to everything the Phoenix area has to offer. Denise was wonderful to work with. Amazing Stay!

We have rented many properties on VRBO over the years and this one was amazing! It was everything we needed and more. Super clean, well supplied, very comfortable, and felt like home. The home was beautiful and nice furnishings, but the pool was what made it amazing! Super quite neighborhood and loved the location so close to Safeway and even more shopping only 18 minutes away. Fantastic communication with owner. Absolutely will stay again!

First time to AZ

The property and neighborhood were perfect for us! Activities in Phoenix and Scottsdale are about 30 to 40 minutes away but very easy to get to. The hiking in the area and restaurants were great! We have a small dog and walks were safe and plentiful! Response time from our hosts were excellent. I would book this property in a heartbeat!!

Quiet location and wonderful home!

The house was perfect and just as described, and the neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Parks were within a very short walk. We had the pool heated, and it was warm and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Owner was very responsive. Everything was extremely clean and the furniture was comfortable. Definitely felt like a home away from home and we can't wait to go back.

Great stay

The property is very clean, furnishings are beautiful and very comfortable. Kitchen has all the equipment for meal prep and serving. The backyard is an oasis. The landscaping is beautiful and at night, the lighting accent is gorgeous. Hosts are very responsive. Highly recommend

Estrella Stay

Great property and fine host. If you using the home to watch Spring Ball in Goodyear, it is a great location. Also great if you just want to "get away". However, if you want to explore all of the Phoenix area, it can take 45 minutes to get to central Scottsdale and longer to places like Carefree. We would absolutely stay again if we go back to watch the Cleveland Guardians during Spring Training.

Quiet getaway

Probably the nicest yard we have ever seen in a VRBO! Close to the Estrella golf club, that sold us a monthly membership. The home was well stocked, with spices and condiments. The furniture was comfortable. One small regret was we did not use the pool as it was not heated, the cost to heat was $200/wk.

Hi Gary, Thank you for your kind words. It is important to us that guests feel comfortable. We are also glad to hear you were able to enjoy the golf club! I just want to clarify that the cost you mentioned is to heat both the pool and the spa. They can also be heated independently at a reduced cost if guests want to use only one or the other. The cost also depends on the time of year guests stay as we have a full size swimming pool and large spa and it can get quite cold in the evening. Thank you again for staying with us!

Beautiful home in Estrella

Everything about this home was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay. The Estrella Mountain Ranch area is a great location, there's so much to see and do yet the neighborhoods are very private and quiet. The house has a great layout, there's plenty of room and it's very clean and accommodating. The backyard is absolutely incredible with the inviting pool and spa, outdoor grill and refrigerator, fire bowl, and beautiful desert landscaping. The owners are top notch and great to deal with, very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend this awesome home!

I loved the house and neighbourhood. Everything in the house worked! The house was very well stocked! I was also given the number of a property manager to contact if I had any problems. (He did check in with me and was very helpful) The neighbours were very friendly and the entire month I spent on the property was a positive experience!

Home Sweet Home

This was our 2nd time renting Denise and Craig's home. This home has everything you need to make your holiday complete. The pool and spa were used on a daily basis as was the outdoor kitchen. Denise and Craig are great to deal with should you have any concerns, which I'm sure you won't! We love this home and feel right at home when we are there. We have booked it again for next year. I would not hesitate to recommend booking this home, you will not be disappointed!! Thanks again Denise and Craig for sharing your home with us!!

we arrived and the pool was filthy, the check in instructions stated we must clean out all food etc from the frig and the frig had a ton of food already in it. My husband ended up in the hospital and we had to cancel the stay after one night. We were not offered a refund.

Your Heavenly Home Away from Home

This is our second time staying here and we loved it as much as the first time around! If you’re looking for a beautiful, clean, fully furnished home then look no further. From the moment of booking to the end of our stay we had all our questions and needs met by the owners Denice and Craig. They gave us lots of ideas of things to do during our stay in Estrella Mountain Ranch. We took advantage of the community and went for walks and biking and even attended the Outdoor Music Festival held outside at the Starpoint Residence Club. Having access to the two residence clubs was a great bonus! The restaurant at the Presidio Residence has the best pizza ever and the service was great. The best part about staying here is the backyard pool area where you can relax, cook, have a fire and swim! We ventured out on a couple day trips but spent a majority of our eight days enjoying the house and pool. We loved it so much we are planning another visit soon!

Awesome Spring Training Vacation!!

Fab-fab-fabulous!!! The house was huge and the beds so comfortable! We had a huge kitchen, and though I make it a point NOT to cook on vacation, I made an exception here a few times. It was just so well appointed and the grill was huge! I loved the pool and the pool deck. As a sunbather, I was very happy! Lots of outdoor furniture to use. There was also a spa which we used a few times. It was very nicely lit. We have rented many homes in the last 6 years and this was the FIRST one I didn't have to buy toilet paper! They even had provided bicycles for our use. Super convenient location to the Goodyear park, which thrilled my husband to no end. We are already planning to book next spring. No regrets!!!

Fun, Sun and Relaxation with Friends

My friends and I recently stayed here on our annual summer vacation. We were so impressed from the moment we booked our rental until we left to head home. The owners were very accommodating and gave us great communication prior, during and after our stay. We enjoyed our time in this home thoroughly. We each had our own spacious bed rooms. The home is well stocked so other than purchasing some groceries there is really nothing you need to bring from home. We had lots of favorites but our true favorite was the outdoor space complete with a sitting area, outdoor stove and most importantly the pool! We spent a total of eight days in Goodyear, AZ and we only ventured off from the pool one day as we went to Sedona, AZ for the day. We have traveled a lot and stayed in other VRBO's and you are not always sure what you will get...rest assured what you see is what you get and it was awesome! We have already starting referring friends and family and hope to be back in the future:)

Estrella Mountain Ranch is truly an oasis and a beautiful place to have fun in the sun with our family. We love the desert landscape and all of the activities the surrounding community offers.
