We are sorry to hear that you felt you only had a 3-star stay, Corey. I have reviewed your reservation, and do not see where any concerns outlined below were communicated to us until this review.

Had we been informed that the area around the ping pong table was not clean upon your arrival, we would have promptly sent our cleaning staff to address the issue. Our office is open 7 days a week and we also have a 24 hour on call Emergency Staff members working when the office is closed. Ensuring a spotless environment for our guests is our top priority, and we regret that this was not your experience. The home you stayed in is approximately 150 years old, which adds to its unique charm and character. However, we understand that the steep stairs off the kitchen can be challenging. Many guests find the main stairs in the living area to be more accessible and easier to use. Regarding the outside trash cans, they are serviced by the local trash company on a weekly basis, similar to other homes in residential areas in any town or city. Depending on your check-in day, there may be trash in the bins until the scheduled pick-up day. Our goal is to provide a great experience to every guest that stays with us at this home or any of are other 50+ properties. (A dirty ping pong table wouldn't get a action from this emergency department a message would be left for when the office open the next day)
