Home w/Year Round Pool & Hot Tub, Fire Pit, Clubhouse & Marina

Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased you enjoyed the location, communication, pool, hot tub, and home overall. As previously explained, the concern about the couch was not brought to our attention during your nine-night stay. Had we been notified, we would have had the opportunity to inspect the couch and address your concerns while you were still at the property. We take cleanliness seriously and encourage guests to report any issues promptly so we can respond. It is disappointing to learn of a concern of this severity after the stay, when we no longer have the opportunity to improve your experience. We would welcome the opportunity to host you again—with the benefit of timely communication, so any concerns can be addressed during your stay, when we can actually make a difference.

Thank you so much for your review! We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay and we hope to have you back again soon!

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a thorough review of your stay, Amber! We are so glad to hear you enjoyed the home and the amenities that the homeowner has thoughtfully stocked! This home is located in the Harbor Club community that does still have some construction going on in certain areas, however, the "quad" that this home is located in is completely finished with no construction. These homes are built in "quads" (similar to a square city block) with community space in the center that everyone can share via their backyard. We believe this is the space you are referring to that needs to be weeded as homes in this community do not have grass within each unit and are garden areas/hardscaped. We do utilize the same towels at our 40+ homes in South Haven and usually hear positive remarks on the towels, so we will check with housekeeping to see if for some reason the wrong towels were placed out, though that should not happen. We will share your review and recommendations with the homeowner! Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience!
