New house with beach access available for vacation rental.
House designed for 4 to 6 people
Tastefully renovated in 2021, this house offers every comfort. It is rated 3 stars and 3 “clés vacances” (but it would have deserved 4 stars!)
The house has two bedrooms with built-in closets (one with a 160x200 bed, and the second bedroom with two 80x200 beds that can be pushed together to form a 160x200 bed); a travel crib can be provided upon request. The third sleeping option is a sofa bed measuring 140x190. All beds and the sofa bed are equipped with high-quality bedding.
The living area features a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, induction cooktop, range hood, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, and small appliances such as a coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, juicer, food processor...).
In the living area, there is a dining table with 6 chairs, a sofa with 2 armchairs, and a TV.
The bathroom features a double sink, a walk-in shower, and a washer-dryer.
Finally, the house obviously has a toilet, outdoor furniture, and a grill for dining on the patio, as well as a large 1,550 m² garden with direct access to the dune (< 100 m from the beach); the garden offers a view of the sea (though not from the house itself)
Bicycles are available upon request (free of charge).
Sheets and towels are available upon request (for a fee).
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during the vacation season
