This inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground-floor condo is the perfect retreat for one or two couples. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed, flat-screen TV, an en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom also offers a queen-sized bed, flat-screen TV for your enjoyment.

The open-concept living and dining area is designed for comfort, with a large couch, a chaise lounge, flat-screen TV, and a small dining table for meals together. The fully equipped, updated kitchen comes with a microwave, stove, dishwasher, toaster oven, and a breakfast bar. For your convenience, there is a coin-operated washer and dryer within the complex.

Step outside to your own private patio, the ideal spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The property also features a bocce court for a fun game with friends or family, along with tennis courts, shuffleboard, and two pools for your enjoyment.

Please note: Smoking is not permitted. Pet deposit will require and extra fee. After booking, you’ll be asked to complete a few forms. A short-term lease will be submitted to the Condo Association prior to your arrival, with a $150 application fee included in your payout.
