Come and enjoy this vacation studio rental, right on the beach, just 50 steps from your front door to the sand! This place has everything you need to make your stay very comfortable and RELAXING!!! If you've been needing to get away, THIS is the right place for you to be. We hope that you will come and be our guest~You won't regret it!!

Your unit has a very comfortable queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. A fully equipped & stocked kitchen. Fresh, clean linens and towels. Smart TV and wireless internet. Beach chairs, umbrella & beach towels are provided to make your stay the most relaxing beach vacation ever!

Host will meet you at check in-4pm and remains available to answer any questions you may have during your stay. English & Spanish are spoken.

Strict No smoking policy in the unit. Designated smoking area on property.

NOTE: Minimum stays vary between 21-28 days, Jan-April.

Great place to relax!

This was a family vacation so we rented 3 units total. The place is very clean, landlord easy to work with & beach is right there & beautiful! The pool & pool area was very convenient & kept clean also. Would recommend & we would stay again.

Relax and unwind

Enjoyed a couple weeks at a beachfront condo complex. Great access to Lauderdale by the sea and Pompano. Able to walk back and forth easily. The beach was less crowded in this area.

Esther could not have been more gracious, communicative and accommodating. The studio was perfectly appointed, with steps to the pool and beach. The property was clean and secure. Highly recommend booking with Esther.

A little gem!

Studio was so clean and bed was really comfortable. We liked it better than our bed at home. Kitchen had everything we could possibly need.Location is perfect just steps to the ocean with many great restaurants just a short drive away. Esther was very easy to deal with and we canā€™t wait to go back.

A breath of fresh air!

Our stay, the people, the studio was fabulous. We had everything we needed. The people in the complex were friendly and helpful. The beach is literally steps away. We couldnā€™t have picked a better place for our vacation, and we definitely plan on returning. Itā€™s definitely a home away from home :)

Wonderful trip

This is a very small 400 square foot studio that is in pristine condition and has basic amenities. Having only 2 stools, a futon/couch and no chairs, it's perfect for a couple or couple with small kids. Location and beach are private and you will need a car or Uber to get around. We loved the place! King bed with good mattress and very nice cotton sheets. Had a great Time!

Perfect getaway

Absolutely loved this trip and stay! Esther was so sweet and attentive. It was my birthday on the trip and she even sent me a message to wish me a happy birthday. The apt was very clean and had everything we needed. The private beach just steps away was incredible. It is also a quick ride into town or even into ft Lauderdale. Quiet yet close enough to get anywhere you need to be in minutes. Definitely recommend this property and will be coming back!

Spring break vacay

We wanted a nice place on the beach for spring break without the traffic of spring break. I took my two teens! Esther's place worked out perfectly. She had thought of everything. the unit was clean easy access to beach and pool. We loved the privacy. The sunrise was a great way to start our day. We will definitely visit again. Truly delightful dealing with this owner. She gets it and it doe not go with being noticed. Enjoy, we did!!

Sweetness you never knew you needed! Book Now!

Ester was super helpful and everything was just as mentioned. The pool was literally steps away and the beach about m 40 steps. Super quiet!! You have a key to get into the building and into the beach. (Donā€™t lose it). Beach was basically to ourselves. The water was warm, clear and sandy bottom. You cold walk out so far and still be mid waist! My teen daughter and I enjoyed our getaway. Grocery store is a straight shot one mile away and shopping, live music about 2 miles, straight shot. You wonā€™t regret staying here!!

Relaxation and Beautiful

We loved Lauderdale by the Sea and we loved staying here. Was the perfect place to be! Esther was amazing from the beginning, always helpful and kind. This unit is so nice, perfect for a getaway in the Florida Sun. Very clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything, the bed was super comfortable, bathroom had enough towels. Loved how there were chairs for the beach, beach towels and even a cooler to us. The pool is right outside your door which was perfect and the beach is just steps away. Sunrise was beautiful to see! The location of this property is perfect, about a mile to the town square where there are live bands on Fridays and all the restaurants and bars you can image. Then the other way is about a mile too which is Pompano, so many things to do there as well. Overall this property was perfect and I hope to go back again next year. Thank you Esther!

Perfection!!!

We were greeted by the coolest and sweetest host Esther. She provided us a walk through of the condo and neat nearby places. My first impression was how clean the condo was...and the entire property is clean and well maintained. You can't choose a better location. The beach is literally your backyard. Publix, CVS and Starbucks all within walking distance! Modern appliances, comfortable bed and up to date furnishing. I absolutely love this place. Don't pass it up!

Excellent Studio as Advertised

The location is on the beach, no roads to cross to get to the beach and ocean. The beach is clean and fairly quiet. The studio is well equipped including everything you need in the kitchen ( pots, pans, settings for four, toaster, full sized refrigerator). There are towels, sheets on the bed, and even beach chairs. The studio has a great layout, maximizing space without compromising privacy for the bathroom. Parking is easy because there is an assigned spot for the studio. The complex is quiet and the studio is just outside the pool. The complex feels safe, comfortable and quiet. It is fully fenced with locks on the gates. The neighborhood is walkable at night and one mile from CVS and Publix. Esther is a terrific host who met us at the studio when we arrived. Communication is easy through the vrbo website.

Estherā€™s condo is amazing. Just as described - cutely decorated, comfortable seating and bedding, ample storage and a wonderful all-around spot to relax. The pool was wonderful and being just steps from the beach was a delight. Secure and safe area!

Nothing like the ad!

Definitely nothing like the ad. There is an advertised full bed, which is actually just an uncomfortable smelly couch that lays down flat and short, Futon style. The king bed is not very comfortable and the sheets were nubby. The owner makes you meet her upon entering the apartment, which is somewhat an inconvenience on the vacation when you just want to settle in on your own. There were toiletries promised for the entire stay but there were only small bottles enough for one person for one day. The beach is good and pretty, right in the back yard. It is nice that the beach was not crowded at all! Noisy neighbors though, we were always woken up early. Terrible amenities, beds were not what promised, and a very dark inside. I would not recommend this rental.

This property cannot be beat for location. It's on the ocean side of A1A (Ocean Blvd) which means you don't have to walk across busy streets or down a few blocks to get to the beach. You are literally about 50 steps to your spot on the sand!
