Everything was even better than I anticipated. The location was so perfect allowing us to go right out onto the beach so easily! Loved the room and all the little things that made our stay so wonderful and comfortable: beach umbrellas, chairs, sand buckets and even a cooler! We spent most of our time out on the beach and it was just beautiful! Calm, clean water and such clean sand and beautiful shells. We LOVED our stay and hope we can stay again soon!

South Pompano Beach

The elevator broke which was inconvenient but the owner sent someone to help with carrying luggage down 3 flights of stairs. The owner was helpful in getting something we left behind which was very important and appreciated his understanding.

Honeymoon trip

We came down from Tennessee for our honeymoon the communication with the host was good. But on arrival there was a mattress in the middle of the room. And the place did not look very clean we had drove for 16 hours so we just wanted to rest at that point. We did contact the host and he sent someone to remove the Mattress and bring us clean sheets. Later that night when we went to take showers we realized there was only one bath towel and some beach towels. We just wanted to enjoy our trip the best we could so we ended up purchasing towels just to be able to take showers for the week. The shower curtain was moldy and my wife had to clean the kitchen and all the dishes to be able to fix meals. Not exactly how she wanted to spend her honeymoon. There was a Murphy bed instead of a queen bed that was in the listing the pictures of the place were very deceiving. It looked nothing like the photos on the listing. This place is shared with locals who live there and they were very rude several of them mentioned how they didn't like tourist at their building it was very uncomfortable to sit outside or by the pool because the residents there made it very clear we was not welcome. Not a good way to spend your honeymoon at all. We stayed gone till late just to avoid them. The listing showed washer and dryers but when we went to use them they were not in any working condition I have pictures of this. We couldn't was our clothes this was very inconvenient.

Condo on the Beach

We had a nice stay, beautiful beach weather and accommodating kitchen to have a few meals in. Publix is close enough to walk to get groceries. Elevator was helpful to get to the top floor. Great ocean views.

Fabulous relaxing restful condo in perfect location

I recently stayed at this lovely condo for a solo-getaway - it checked all the boxes for me. The property was well-maintained, and it was very easy to find (I rented a car from the airport), and it was very easy to get into the unit. It was immaculately clean, well appointed, and even had the AC running so it was a lovely temperature when I entered. The kitchen had everything needed when I wanted to prepare my own meals, and the bed was very comfortable. I had everything I needed for the beach (cooler, chairs, plenty of big beach towels, umbrella, mats) - and the private beach was absolutely beautiful. I enjoyed my morning coffee (great Keurig coffee maker for an easy cup for one!) - looking out the window at the view of the ocean. The pool was perfect, relaxing, and refreshing for when you wanted a change of scenery. The unit is located in the top right corner of the pic from the pool. I was there during the Ft Lauderdale air show, so we were all entertained by the Blue Angels amazing flying overhead while practicing in the days before the show and on the day of the show itself, without having to endure the traffic further south of us - so fun! Hanif, the owner was incredibly communicative and accommodating in the entire process of renting, from when I booked, to even checking in to be sure everything was going well once I had settled in - top notch in every way. I highly recommend this place and am already looking forward to coming back! 10 out of 10!

The Perfect Quiet Beach Spot

You cannot ask for anything more when looking for a quiet beach vacation. The apartment is fully equipped. The building has every amenity that we needed. The host is very responsive and communicative. This was our second year in the same unit and we will definitely be returning!

Perfectly quiet

Hanif is the best owner I’ve ever rented from. His communication is on point. He helped with absolutely everything, answered all of my questions quickly, and helped with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable. Property was quiet. Private beach was amazing. We went during spring break and didn’t even know it. If you’re looking for a quiet spot to simply relax, this is it!! Thank you so much!!!

Great Location

We liked the location. Bed & Couch are comfortable, the bar stools and dining table are odd. Overall very clean. Could use paint on high touch areas, made it feel a little grungy. The curtains were nice for blocking out light but were hard to open and close on the big rods.Good Value!

Not what I expected

Cant watch tv from bed, Murphy bed very uncomfortable, wire hanging from ceiling, plug on wall falling off under window. I’m very ocd in cleanliness and feel the only benefit to this location is beach access. Some investment in upgrades could market you better prices on rental

Hidden Gem!

We love this location as it is a hidden gem along the coast. The apartment has everything you need and the building has every ammenity for a great vacation. The host was extremely communicative, kind, and responsive. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great trip.

Fanatic Beach Place

The location of the property is fantastic, perfect beach access, a nice walk to restaurants & the grocery store, and a quick ride share rides to the bustling local activities. The kitchen had all the basics for meal prep. and the pool was clean & relaxing.

Beautiful location

Our stay at this property was wonderful. The view of the ocean from inside the property was beautiful. Having the ocean as our background was very convenient. Hanif was very easy to work with. Any requests we made were met. His immediate response was appreciated.

Wonderful!!

We stayed for 3 days prior to a cruise. The room was very clean and just like as described. The bed is a Murphy bed and very very comfortable. There are beach chairs and an umbrella available as well as coolers and other beach necessities. Hanif was always available to answer questions and if I had a concern he took care of it immediately. The pool is nice. There is a hot tub and a recreation room. This is a quiet place to enjoy the beach and pool. Dining and shopping is close. We will return next year for sure.
