Air Conditioning: Portable air conditioners

ATV's: Yes. You are able to park your trailer and jump on your gear from the front door.
There is an ORV trail nearby on the Point itself which goes to Search Bay. No ATVs allowed on the beach.

Animals: It's the UP. You might see raccoon, fox, deer.

Beach/Swimming: Swimming from the beach. If water levels are low, there may be more vegetation and bottom can be silty for roughly 100 ft so bring water shoes.

Coffee Maker: There is a Keurig on property for guest use. Some pods provided.

Drugs/Smoking/Fireworks: Freshwater does not permit illegal drugs of any kind on the property. Due to the location of the properties, smoking is strongly discouraged around the home and strictly prohibited in the home. Fireworks are prohibited at a Freshwater location for the safety of all persons in and around the property, even if it is legal in that city.

Fireplace: There is a wood burning fireplace.

Fire-pit: Yes there is a fire pit

Fishing: No fishing from the beach, but there is fishing in Hessel.

Fishing License: A license is required to fish in Michigan.
