Luxurious Townhome Nestled in the Woods w/Large Deck

This spacious and well appointed 3BR 2.5BA offers a fireplace as well as a deck with a firepit and grill. There is also a 2 car heated garage with parking allowed for an additional 1 vehicle in front of the garage for a total parking space of 3 vehicles.

This unit is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the Wildernest subdivision of Silverthorne. A spacious Great Room in each unit features ample plush seating, a 50 inch Smart TV (NO CABLE), and a gas fireplace. Appointed with a suite of full-size appliances and a plethora of smaller appliances including an air-fryer, crockpot, blender, etc. This well equipped kitchen offers everything you will need to whip up a delicious home cooked meal. The dining room table offers seating for 6, with additional seating for 3 at the bar.

The mountain-view master suite is outfitted with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combination.

Two additional bedrooms one featuring a queen bed and the other featuring a queen over queen bunk bed the lower level, while the guest bathroom between them is configured with a tub/shower combination. Another half bath on the main level provides added convenience.

All bedrooms have Smart TV's. After fun-filled days on the slopes, gather around the gas fire pit found on the deck or inside. The deck is also equipped with a gas grill. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for three cars (two in the heated garage and one in the driveway). Please note that this rental does not have air-conditioning and is only accessible via a small set of steps.

Enjoy 5 of Colorado's most prominent ski resorts within a 30 minute drive: Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain, Loveland Ski Area, Breckenridge Ski Resort, and Keystone Ski Resort. During the Summer months there are activities for every adventure seeker on Lake Dillon and the Surrounding High Alpine environment. This town home is a short drive to everything you need, Grocery Stores, Shops, Restaurants, Hiking Trails and Ski Resorts. This property has a companion unit that can be combined for a total of 6 bedrooms if you need more space.

Lovely family retreat

The property was as advertised - clean, comfortable, and great for a weekend gathering with the family. The deck area with fire table was perfect for evening chats, and the kitchen and main area was beautiful and very functional.

Good base for skiing

Good location, easy communications with host. Kitchen is lacking a bit, especially the knives which are almost all dull. Patio is not usable in winter. Would expect a little nicer for the price we paid.

Calm, Quiet Beauty

Second visit to Silverthorne for Winter vacation. First place we stayed (not SkyRun property) was no good. This property was far better, nicely appointed with beautiful views. Gas range/stove and heated floors were nice touches. The heated garage was a huge perk which made going to and coming back from the slopes easy and convenient. Highly recommend! We plan on coming back next year and bringing another family to rent the other side too!

Would stay again

Nice place. Especially liked that the smaller bedrooms for the teens were downstairs. Silverthorne is a good location for access to basically 4 different ski resorts. We had a good time and would stay again. Note : we got a lot of snow the first two days, and the driveway has an incline that was difficult to climb for our 2-wheel drive SUV., even after using the snow shovel. Once it melted some, it was no problem. If you have 4 wheel drive, bring it!

Great Family Rental

Wildernesss area is the best! Two family setup with one bedroom upstairs and two downstairs, with main living area upstairs! Could use an additional TV.

Perfect off mountain place

This property was perfect for our family of 4. We had plenty of room and the condo was well appointed and spotless. We enjoyed the location and proximity to restaurants and stores. We skied Breckenridge while there and the drive took about twenty minutes. It would be a very convenient location if anyone was interested in skiing other area mountains - so great flexibility all around. Would return in a heart beat. Many thanks for a quality stay!

Great Stay

Wonderful place to stay if you are looking to travel and ski various summit county mountains. Minutes from Breckenridge, Keystone, A-Basin, Copper, Vail and even Beaver Creek. Tastefully decorated place with plenty of space for 6. Will definitely visit again.
