This spacious end unit, first-floor, single-level 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. With no stairs inside the unit, it's easy for guests of all ages to relax and enjoy their stay. The condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom includes both a queen bed and a full bed, making it ideal for families. The third bedroom offers two twin beds, providing plenty of sleeping options for larger groups. The primary en suite bath features a convenient tub/shower combination, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The 2nd bath features a stand up shower with easy low curb entry. Enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience. Step outside onto the private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, unwind after a day in the sun, or simply take in the coastal breeze. Guests also have access to the community swimming pool, offering a refreshing alternative to the ocean. Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire apartment. There is no assigned parking but please have the parking pass displayed to avoid towing. Entry is on a keypad lock and the code will be provided 48 hours before check in.

Located in the Sandy Shores I community, this condo offers the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. Just steps from the beach via the Woodland Drive beach access, you'll enjoy easy days by the ocean while remaining close to many of the area's most popular attractions. Garden City Pier, arcades, local restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are all just a short drive away, making it easy to experience the best of the Grand Strand. Whether you're planning a family vacation, a couples' retreat, or a getaway with friends, this location provides the ideal home base for creating unforgettable beach memories.



Getting Around:

The beach access is right across the street just a short walk and steps away from the unit! You can even see it from the balcony. The property is conveniently located, just 20 minutes from Myrtle Beach International Airport. Uber services are readily available, with estimated fares of $25-30 to reach the property.



Other Things to Note:

For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate.



To ensure a safe and smooth stay for all guests, we use a secure guest portal that includes your rental agreement, local recommendations, and access to any upsells that may be available to you. As part of this process, the portal does ask for a copy of a valid photo ID for verification and liability purposes. For your safety, the link to the portal is sent directly through the platform’s message thread.
