Stack 6 is being painted. Stack 5 is being pressure washed today. Prepping for paint. Stack 4 will be framed up today. Stack 3 is being chipped. Stack 2 is being ground.

Updated message from the Resort HOA about offseason work to the balconies.

Off-season balcony maintenance is currently ongoing at Royal Garden Resort as part of the building’s scheduled improvements. Unit 901’s balcony work was completed during the previous off-season, so no work will be performed directly on that unit. However, guests staying during the winter and early spring months may experience occasional daytime construction noise from other areas of the property. Some areas of the resort may also be temporarily closed off while work is in progress. Please feel free to contact us if you would like more information.

You are allowed two parking spaces to park in the onsite parking garage. The parking garage clearance is 6’ 8”. There are a few oversized parking spaces based on availability.

Guest cannot have golf carts in the parking garage however, there is parking in front of the garage based on availability.

No motorcycles, RVs, trailers allowed in garage .

2 passes will be available when you enter the unit. Indoor pool code will be sent to you.
