The first floor of Le Destin features two bunk quarters with ensuite baths, a plush couch, and large wall-mounted flat-screen TVs, with the ability to sleep seven kids in each. These quarters also have access to a game room in a converted garage with a ping pong table, another flat-screen TV, and a full-size refrigerator-freezer. One of the laundry rooms is also on this level.

Upstairs on the second floor, a bright, open living, dining, and kitchen area features tall ceilings, double glass doors, and windows that bathe the area in natural light while accentuating a spacious look. Sets of double glass doors lead out to a covered veranda with a dining table and Adirondack chairs, where you may enjoy breezy outdoor entertainment while viewing tropical glimpses of the glittering Gulf. A wraparound latte-toned couch and an accent chair ensemble around a white marble-topped cocktail table while facing a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV for entertainment. Open state-of-the-art kitchen has white beadboard custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and brushed stainless steel appliances, including a large double oven. An angled entertainment bar flanked by two square columns has six cushioned saddle stools for wining and dining space. A sunny formal dining alcove includes a round wooden table beneath a big glass lantern chandelier and is flanked by eight sleek, high-backed chairs with tropical slipcovers. A guest bedroom on this floor has contemporary coastal-styled furnishings with a king-size bed and a private ensuite bath with a tub-shower combination. A half bath off the living area serves as a convenient powder room.

The spacious primary bedroom on the top floor features regal rustic furnishings with a king-size bed facing a wall-mounted flat-screen TV for nighttime viewing pleasure, near a desk area, a wine cooler, and two sets of glass doors leading out to its own romantic balcony overlooking the tropical scenery. The luxurious ensuite bath includes two vanity sinks with rich brown granite countertops, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. Two other guest bedrooms with comfortable cottage-styled furnishings on this floor include a king and queen-size bed. Each bedroom has an ensuite with tub-shower combinations. Another laundry room is conveniently located on this level.

Close to popular gulf-front restaurants, friendly beach bars, grocery stores, and bargain shopping for world-class designer goods at the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets, the prestigious Frangista Beach community offers a vibrant lifestyle. Third Floor: King Primary Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, King Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Queen Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

*Add $50.00 per day to heat pool (available Oct-April if needed). Private pool is 5 feet wide and 19 feet long.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during spring break.

Personal beach chairs and umbrellas are permitted; however, tents and canopies are prohibited per HOA regulations. Personal setups may not be placed seaward of the on-site beach service chairs. Chairs and umbrellas are available for rent through the on-site beach service.

Max Parking at the house is 5 vehicles. 1 in the garage and 4 in the driveway. On Grass Parking and blocking the sidewalk are not allowed per HOA.
