$50K IN RENOVATIONS ARE SCHEDULED FOR EARLY 2026 AND WILL INCLUDE NEW QUARTZ COUNTERTOPS, PAINTED KITCHEN CABINETS, NEW BEDDING & FURNITURE IN ALL BEDROOMS!



Santorini is a Mediterranean-style 4,300 sq. ft. home made up of 3 impeccable levels, comfortably sleeping up to 24 people. Santorini takes influence from traditional Greek design, with a modern touch creating a luxurious experience for all your loved ones.



Entering the first floor, this home’s elegant character reveals itself featuring rich tones, grand furnishings, and tropical poolside views. Offering a large and spacious floor plan on the first floor consists of a dining area, living area, media room and kitchen. The top-of-the-line kitchen is fitted with high-end stainless-steel appliances and stocked with all the necessary dishes, utensils, and cookware while still offering plenty of functional workspace. Luxury finishes and comfortable furnishings create a welcoming living area. The adjacent dining room is just as inviting, with 2 large wooden dining tables and seating for 16 guests. There is additional seating for 4 guests at the breakfast bar. The media room takes you to an entertainment wonderland with its large flat screen TV, surround sound, and theater-style seating. Sliding glass doors off the living area fill this space with light and create a seamless integration between the living room and outdoor patio. Welcome to your private oasis; a private custom pool, gas grill, outdoor dining, loungers, and sunny skies are awaiting you! There is a King Suite on this floor with a private bath featuring a walk-in shower.



On the second floor you will find a cozy sitting room that connects with the 4 thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The first 3 bedrooms are King Suites, each with their own unique decorations, flat-screen TV, and private bathrooms. Two of the rooms have private balconies. Completing this level is a custom-made bunk room with 3 Queens and 2 Twins on the bottom with the remaining Queen bunks on the top. This room also has a private bathroom that is perfect for teens and young adults. This room has.



On the third floor and final floor is the lounge and game room! This room is fit with a pool table, electronic darts, wet bar, game table, and a balcony with views of the Frangista Beach Community. Completing this level are 3 King Suites, each with their own private bath and personal flat-screen TV. These luxury bedrooms provide a high-end, refined atmosphere with elegant décor balanced by beautiful artwork. Two of the suites have their own private balconies.

WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THE AMENITIES

BEACH TOWELS: You will be provided with 12 luxurious, over-sized beach towels for the duration of your stay with Beach Reunion at Santorini.

BEACH CHAIRS: Complimentary beach service is offered for our summer season, March - October annually. Service includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9 AM-5 PM! * Set up daily starting the day after arrival *

Electric Street-Legal Golf Cart Rentals: Beach Reunion offers 6 seat lithium battery Golf Carts for $100 a day. We offer a 10% discount to our guests. We have 2024 models and charging stations at the houses. Book your golf cart at BRLSV.com

Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!

Margarita Machines: Beach Reunion proudly partners with Firefighter Margaritas to offer commercial frozen margarita machines for rent (additional fee). Enjoy restaurant-quality frozen drinks or virgin slushies poolside or at the beach—perfect for family vacations, weddings, retreats, and group gatherings.

Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

*Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.

Enjoy the entire home! When booking a vacation stay with us here at Beach Reunion, guests have access to the entire vacation home.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood of Frangista Beach consists of mostly large homes where families come to vacation. It spans the equivalent of approximately 4 blocks. The neighborhood has a 400 yard private beach which you must have a code to access. This home is within walking distance of a coffee shop, deli, Dairy Queen, a beach gear shop and local favorite beach front seafood restaurants, Pompano Joe`s and Whales Tale. Frangista Beach is also home to Emerald Coast Wine Cellars where you can sample and purchase wines made exclusively in Florida. A large Winn-Dixie grocery store is 1.5 miles to the east and beside it you will find the largest designer outlet mall in the Southeast, Silver Sands Premium Outlet. Frangista Beach has a rich history that began when a family from Greece built a small motel and, subsequently, a little white Synagogue (which still stands to this day). Many brides are married on the Frangista Beach and use the picturesque chapel for photographs. After visiting this neighborhood, you will understand why so many families choose to return year after year.

Beach Reunion staff is local to the area. Our office is like family, with only 5 staff members. We have 3 overseeing our guests/reservations and our head of guest relations who assists us with our guests needs. We are open 7 days a week which provides you unlimited availability to a member of staff and when you call, it comes directly to our office, no 3rd party hubs or call centers.



Interaction with Guests:

Our office is open 7 days a week with someone in daily from 9am to 5pm central time. We do have the availability to be texted so you are sure to always reach one of us here at the office during your stay!



We have an after hours emergency line as well for true emergent situations at your home that can dispatch maintenance or the proper caretakers for your situation.
