Nestled in one of Paris's most iconic neighborhoods, this beautifully renovated loft is a true hidden gem. Tucked away from the bustle of the city, it offers a peaceful retreat that combines timeless Parisian charm with contemporary comfort.

Located on the ground floor of a traditional Le Marais building, this spacious 1,500 sq ft (140 m²) apartment has been thoughtfully designed by a renowned interior architect. High ceilings, a stunning glass roof above the living area, carefully planned lighting, and efficient ventilation create a bright, airy atmosphere throughout the home, while underfloor heating, air conditioning, and individual temperature control in each room ensure year-round comfort.

The generous open-plan living space is perfect for relaxing or gathering together, with a comfortable lounge area, a dining table that seats up to 10 guests, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, and drying rack. The living room sofa easily converts into a comfortable 180 x 200 cm bed with a 12 cm mattress, with bed linen and duvets conveniently stored in one of the bedroom wardrobes.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each featuring a hotel-quality queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), generous storage, and a private bathroom. Two bedrooms are located on the main level, including one with a dedicated workspace, while the remaining two bedrooms are situated on the lower level alongside an additional separate toilet. One of the lower-level bedrooms is a spacious suite with a large walk-in shower, while all bathrooms are stocked with soft towels, shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer where provided.

Despite having only one street-facing window and one courtyard window, the apartment feels bright and welcoming thanks to its generous ceiling height, glass roof, designer lighting, and carefully designed ventilation system, creating a peaceful cocoon in the heart of the city.

Ultra-fast fiber-optic Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, supported by two Wi-Fi repeaters for excellent coverage.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out without prior approval incurs a fee of €60 per hour. Subject to availability, early check-in from 12:00 PM and late check-out until 12:00 PM can be arranged for €30 for the first hour and €10 for each additional hour. Please note that the apartment is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

We kindly ask guests to help us reduce our environmental impact by sorting waste using the provided bins, disposing of glass in designated containers, switching off lights and appliances when not in use, keeping the heating below 21°C whenever possible, and running washing machines only with full loads.

For your peace of mind, a security camera is installed in the private entrance lobby only. It monitors the entrance area exclusively and does not overlook any interior living spaces, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.
