Scandinavian-inspired 3-bedroom suite conveniently located at the heart of Vancouver. Columbia Park, Queen Elizabeth Park, Oakridge Mall, the SkyTrain, and R4 bus are all short steps away. SkyTrain accesses downtown, the airport, and the World Cup action at BC Place. With a private entrance and free street parking, this minimalistic zen suite includes a beautiful backyard with outdoor dining, work desks in each bedroom, fast Wi-Fi, in-suite laundry, and a full kitchen with a Bertazzoni stove.

The space
The suite carries an airy, minimalistic vibe with soft white tones, warm wood, and gold hardware throughout that is perfect for relaxing after coming back from a long day out. Natural fibers are chosen for textiles, sulfates in cleansing products are avoided, as well as silicones in hair products. Plastics are also avoided whenever possible for healthier living standards. This minimizes exposure to microplastics and encourages closeness with nature. This is a self-contained suite that is all on one level with its own private keyless entry and locks on all bedrooms. The suite includes three bedrooms - one with a double bed and two with twin beds, a full kitchen, and a full spa-inspired bathroom.

【Kitchen】
The kitchen includes a full setup pairing a Bertazzoni stove with a high-quality range hood, a microwave, a countertop oven, a countertop height refrigerator and freezer, and both a Keurig and a French press for your choice of brewing modality. Cookware, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, dish drying rack, pots and pans coasters, and even 2 wine glasses are provided. Everything is non-plastic. In the yard, there's a beautiful outdoor shaded dining area for morning coffee or an evening meal.

【Bathroom】
A spacious shower with calming beige tiles, the standout renovated bathroom feels expensive, designer, and most importantly, peaceful. It also has a backlit mirror with defog function, 3 light temperatures, and multiple brightness levels. All cleansing products are free of sulfates, and hair products are free of sulfates and silicones. Compact, but strong blowdryer is included.

The suite is accessed by a short flight of stairs down—nothing steep, but worth knowing if you're travelling with heavy luggage.

Guests have full, private access to the entire suite, and are welcome to use the shared backyard where a shaded dining table area is available.

Other things to note
【Off Limits】
- You might find the electrical panel, boiler room, and crawl space access in your suite along with a flight of stairs around the laundry area. They are not included in the suite rental, and are therefore not for guest access.
- There are 2 dogs on the property that can roam the yard. They have food allergies and a cautious personality, please do not feed or pet. Feel free to ignore them or take pictures of them.

【Strict Non-Smoking Policy】
No smoking or vaping of any substance anywhere on the property. Please leave the premise if you must do so, and responsibly dispose of any garbage.

【Respect the Space】
Please maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the home and the integrity of structures, furnitures, appliances, and all items that come with the home. Report any damages.

【No Visitors】
For safety and insurance reasons, no unregistered outside visitors are allowed on the property at any time. Please contact host to request to register additional guests.
