Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, particularly around the pool and while using the skateboard ramp. The skateboard ramp is intended only for guests with prior skateboard/scooter experience and should not be used by beginners or inexperienced riders. Anyone using the skateboard ramp must wear a properly fitted helmet and appropriate protective safety gear (not provided by the host).

The property owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property involving guests, visitors to the property, or anyone using the property or its amenities.
