Outside, you'll have total privacy while swimming in your saltwater pool or soaking in your hot tub. And with the outdoor kitchen and grill, furnished patio and firepit, you'll have plenty of places to relax, read a book, or make dinner & dine together under the stars.

OUTDOORS
The living room, kitchen and master bedroom all lead out to a large Covered Patio, adjacent to the Saltwater Pool/Spa which is newly remodeled with pebble tec pool and patio resurfacing. The pool is approx 3ft in the shallow ends, and 5.5ft in the deep end, and is 15’ x 30’.

During the day, the Loungers are a great place to comfortably soak up the sun. The covered patio features an Outdoor Kitchen with Sink, Workspace, Storage and large NexGen charcoal grill, & a four Seat Bar Table. The Wicker Conversation Set and inviting Wood Burning Fireplace is ideal to enjoy a view of the pool and mountains. Perfect for evening relaxation!

INDOORS
The huge Great Room with vaulted cathedral ceiling, features an entertainment center with 60” flatscreen streaming TV. The fireplace is adjacent to the entertainment center. With a large sofa, loveseat and armchairs, there is lots of room for relaxing.
The Great Room leads into the upgraded spacious kitchen with quartz countertops, new backspash and island. The Kitchen has Stainless appliances, microwave, coffee maker & toaster. Everything needed to entertain is available, including a large dinnerware and flatware set, knives, blender, pots & pans and bakeware. Adjacent, there’s a large wood dining table which comfortably seats 10.

BEDROOMS
1. The Master Suite has a comfortable Sealy Pillowtop Cal King bed, quality bedding, a 1080 HD flat screen TV, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom with large bathtub/shower, and a huge walk-in closet.
2. The Second Bedroom has a Queen bed and TV, ceiling fan, as well as a large double mirrored closet.
3. The Third Bedroom has 2 Twin beds and a Twin trundle bed (3 beds total) and TV, ceiling fan, as well as a large double mirrored closet.
4. The Forth bedroom has 2 Full beds, TV and ceiling fan.

There's lots of fun for the kids inside, in addition to the outdoor activities. We leave children’s books, toys and games. And speaking of things for kids, please note this home comes with a newer Graco Pack 'n Play and Highchair to help make your packing a little lighter, as well as step stools in both bathrooms.

Garage is not accessible to renters, but there's room for 3 cars on the driveway, and Secured off-street/RV parking in the side yard.

A short walk from the house takes you to a large park, with BMX ramps, kids play equipment, sport courts and walking paths. The home is located just 15 minutes from Palm Springs, and close to fabulous restaurants, wonderful designer outlet shops at Cabezon, casinos, street fairs (Thursday), flea markets (Saturday and Sunday), museums, music, movies, and theater. Great golfing is nearby at many locations, including the renowned Mission Lakes in Desert Hot Springs. Joshua Tree National park is 20 minutes away, with great walking/hiking and beautiful scenery. The home is located just 2 hours from Disneyland, Hollywood & San Diego, and 4 hours from Las Vegas.

* Pool technician comes on Tuesday and Friday.
* We do ask guests to sign our Rental Agreement & provide ID at booking .
* Spa heating of 2hrs is included. Pool heating is available for an additional daily fee (Jun-Aug, $50, Apr-May & Sep-Oct $75, Nov-Mar $100) up to 12hrs. Subject to change without notice.
