We are Near Downtown Blue Ridge, Toccoa River, Vineyards, Orchards, Breweries, Fish Hatcheries, Appalachian Trail, Stables, ATV park, Drive-IN Movies and the Train Depot and don’t forget the Big Foot adventure experience!!
Fannin County Lodging Licensed. Comfortably Sleeps TEN!! Very spacious quarters. Book a ride at the orchard or the depot and take the family to a treat!! Or simply stay on site and enjoy our beautiful 10 acres, the mild spring fed creek, fire pit, our trails or just sit on the porch and Unwind with a cool drink or your morning tea or coffee!!

Most importantly, plenty of room for "re-kindling" of kinfolks or quiet & private for squeezing in a romantic evening or two or three! Our "peace of paradise" at over 2400 square-feet . The cabin is very comfortable and homey.

We have very high cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors and a very comfortable covered large porch for lounging, relaxing and listening to the Noisy creek!

The main floor includes the living room with 2 very comfy reclining sofas! Our dining room (8 chairs +2 from bedroom). Fully equipped kitchen. The main bedroom which has a very private NEW DECK and a "Jacuzzi tub" for your enjoyment, comfy rocking chairs to chill on the deck and a “Dedicated work station” with room for 2.

Two additional bedrooms, each also equipped with “King” beds and direct access to the Jack and Jill bathroom (one en suite). And then of course is the hang out area THE LOFT for the older children and teens to set base at. It has 1 King, 1 Queen and a Standard-twin size bed. A Smart television set for you to sign in to your favorite applications.

Very comfortable accommodation for a total of "TEN" !!l We also have a PORTABLE CRIB with a thick mattress, a safety crate and a cute high chair for the littlest guest to be comfy and stay safe (kids plates, utensils and zippy cup).

And BEST, you will NOT need a 4Wheel Drive vehicle to get to us!!!!!!

QUIET and End of the Road PRIVACY is a PLUS !! On a mild creek with both side access.

Pet policy!! 2 Small Dogs allowed only!! Otherwiseplease call owners to discuss. NO cats or other animals. ALL PETS MUST be PRE-Registered with owner !! Maximum of 2 small (25-45 lbs) dogs Only!! Pet fee applies. All pets must be at trained stages or crated when left alone please!! Pets not allowed on beds or additional laundry and dry cleaning fee will apply!!

Blue Ridge Activities: Blue Ridge contains many unique art galleries, antique shops,specialty shops, neighboring apple orchard, vineyards, breweries and eateries, Vogel State Park and Appalachian Trail on Blood Mountain past Blairsville or near Elijay each just 20 min. away, leisurely shopping and dining any time of the year. Don't miss the free summertime seasonal “Blue Grass” concerts and gatherings by Horse Shoe Park on the Toccoa River. And don't miss the Fanning County Park and Recreational Complex just in back of the hill by our property (it's great to ride bikes in, running, basketball, pickleball courts or a wonderful workout/walk/bile from our place. After all that exercise you deserve a break for coffee and fresh fried apple pie from Mercier's Apple Orchard or enjoy cool ice cream or hot chocolate. You can also splurge on a local bottle of wine from a nearby Vineyards or visit them for tasting and hear live music. Also, in the center of town is the Old Blue Ridge Railroad Depot which is listed on the National Registry of Historical Places. And at Lake Blue Ridge you can rent a pontoon or boat or just enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains.

We have several excellent rivers and creeks in the North Georgia Mountains. The Toccoa River, also located in Fannin County is renowned for fly fishing. The waters of the Ocoee River, in Polk County Tennessee, offers exceptional kayaking and white water rafting. Oh, let me just mention that Blueridge has a drive-in movie theater 'The Swan' but just in case it rains there is a regular cinema in Ellijay. Also, if you like drag racing check the racetrack by Sugarcreek out (located across from Hwy.5). If you like horses you can visit one of the neighboring stables for the small and not so small and experienced and not so experienced riders.
And the best Apple Doughnuts ever.....Visit Merciers Orchards for fresh apples, cheese, preserves, cider or wine tasting!!
Explore one or more than one of our many Vineyards (Bear Paw is nearest and has free live music).
Whether you decide to stay in and enjoy our quaint home, get in the creek, enjoy our creekside fire pit and make a picnic.You can hangout or swing on the porch, bbq, or go hike on our property (we are on 10 acres) trail we assure you and your family will enjoy your stay and as many of our past guests make this place one of your favs!!

Oh, and did I mention the creek????? The little ones can dig and explore for gold and of course crayfish (catch and release) so do not forget the water boots and exploration tools. Our space sleeps a total of 10 persons. Oh and we do have a porta-crib for an infant or small toddler along with safety gates and high chair and eating utentils, plates and cups.

Folks, don't miss the friendly and nearby Vineyards with almost daily "Live Music" and wonderful atmosphere!! Our nearest is just across the highway....Just follow the "Bear Claw" signs!! May bring snacks, kiddos and in some even your doggies!!
