The Barachois
All duplexes enjoy an exceptional setting, featuring a private pool and a shared pool. The garden is exquisitely landscaped, creating an oasis of color and native plants, with secure access from the main road, including parking for residents and visitors.

The complex is situated right on the water with stunning views of the famous “Coin de Mire.” Each 180 m² unit features a modern, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 3½ en-suite bathrooms. While the living area opens onto the veranda, garden, and shared pool, the private pool is nestled in a cozy corner between the master bedroom and the living room.

The duplex is equipped to the highest technical and finishing standards, including all major appliances, household textiles and linens, dishes, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen utensils; an LCD TV with satellite; air conditioning in all bedrooms; a CCTV camera system in the garden and parking area; a burglar alarm system; and a security service.

The Barachois 8 apartment is located in Calodyne, near Pereybere and Grand Bay, where you’ll find everything you need, including leisure, adventure, and sports activities. In particular, there is plenty to offer anyone looking to maintain a fit and active outdoor lifestyle. Furthermore, the shopping is excellent, featuring select international and local fashion brands, as well as wine shops, butcher shops, pharmacies, a family doctor, a medical center, gas stations, a police station, and a tourist information office. There is a wide selection of banks and ATMs, as well as health centers such as The Act, Health Scape, and Forbach.
