The space

The open-plan living and dining area provides plenty of room for your group to spend time together, with comfortable lounge seating, a TV, air conditioning and ceiling fans.

The modern kitchen includes a spacious island bench, full-size refrigerator, oven and cooktop, dishwasher and everyday appliances, making it suitable for both short visits and longer stays.

The main bedroom offers its own ensuite, walk-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and split-system air conditioning. Three additional bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping spaces with ceiling fans and natural light.

A second full bathroom includes both a walk-in shower and a separate bathtub, offering added convenience for families and larger groups.

Outside, guests can enjoy a covered alfresco dining area with a ceiling fan, overlooking a private, fully fenced grassed backyard. The home also includes a double garage and additional driveway space.

Guest access

Guests will have private access to the entire home, including all four bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas, covered alfresco space, fenced backyard and double garage.
***Please note that parties, unauthorised guests, extra vehicles, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. We live nearby and any violation of these rules may result in immediate action, including contacting the police if necessary.***

Keys & call-outs
Please keep keys/fobs with you at all times. Fees may apply for lost keys, lockouts, key delivery, or verified noise complaints:
Lost key/fob replacement: $280

Call-out fee: $100 during business hours / $200 after hours

Extra key set: Deposit + delivery fee may be charged

Optional extras
Baby travel cot: $80 per stay

Fire safety
If the fire alarm is triggered due to guest actions and emergency services attend, any official call-out charges may be passed on to the guest.
