This second row beautiful home, with excellent access to the beach in a quiet location featuring multi-level floor plan, is beautifully furnished and equipped with WIFI, ceiling fans, covered porch, outside shower, and ocean view. Amenities include but are not limited to dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, 55ā€ Smart TV with cable, gas grill with gas provided. ACCOMMODATES 16. Master suite: (1) queen, Bedroom 2: (2) Bunk beds (4 beds total), Bedroom 3: (1) queen, Bedrooms 4 & 5: (2) double beds. Please note that linens are not included. There are several local linen rental agencies in the area. Heaven Scent, Luxury Linens and Angie's Linen Service are three of the most highly recommended options.

Michael, the host, is super friendly! The check in check out was easy. The house is great! Everything in working order. Solid WiFi. 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms!!! Easy quick access to the beach. One note on the beach itself. OIB is having erosion issues primarily on the east end of the island. Functionally there is a limited amount of useable beach during high tide. There's plenty of beach during low tide. Bottom line, we loved the house and location. We would stay again without hesitation!

Property was as listed. Plenty of room for 9 of us. Air conditioning went out one day and owners were quick to respond and get it fixed. Very clean and well stocked with kitchen appliances and cookware and dishes etc.

Great location for beach access. Awesome loveseat recliner in common area. Adequate bedroom sizes. The split levels add to attractiveness. The bedrooms TVā€™s are very small for comfortable viewing. Owner very easy to communicate with and receptive to feedback. Overall very nice property and location.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay this past week! Michael was very prompt in answering all of my questions. The house was very clean and the location is REALLY nice. As we checked out this morning, the one thing that my family agreed on was that we felt bad about having left behind several bags of trash in the trash cans. In the past I'm pretty certain that trash pickup in OIB was on Tuesday and Saturday mornings. It would make more sense to pick up trash on Saturday mornings so that the next renter won't have bags of trash (often fridge clean out items) from the previous renter. Again, this has nothing to do about the property. Just something that we felt bad about. Definitely would recommend and would rent again! Thank you for such great accommodations so that our family could make memories together!

Birthday Celebration at OIB

We had an excellent experience while celebrating our Motherā€™s 70th birthday. The house was exactly as described and fit our family of 12 perfectly! Our favorite parts were the close proximity to the beach access and the fact that each bedroom had an attached bathroom. Plenty of room for us all to spread out and the adults enjoyed spending the mornings drinking coffee on the front deck looking at the ocean. We would definitely return to this location!

Friends getaway!

We were the one older people couple in a big group of college freshmen celebrating before they all go to their different schools! There was plenty of room for everyone with the best location literally across the street from the beach access. We were also in walking distance to coffee, breakfast, mini golf, a lovely farmers market and several really nice restaurants. Quiet, safe and fantastic views! A great few days!

We had a mom's weekend away and had a wonderful time in Ocean Isle. Loved being able to see the ocean from the house and beach access was very close by. Thanksgiving Getaway

WOW! Selling my family on the Brunswick beaches is easy because we own property and are retiring there in a few years. However, with each trip it can be a challenge to find the right spot. Not so with this property. It is exactly as advertised!! The BEST stocked place weā€™ve stayed. We needed nothing, but food and drink. Would highly recommend!

Golf getaway

Each year a group of us select a house on OIB to gather for several days of golf. This house was just what we needed. A bed for every guest, plenty of bathrooms, a nice kitchen and family room to get together, and really close to the beach (just across the road).

First Timers to OIB

We truly enjoyed our stay and spent most of our days on the beach and relaxation in the evenings. The house location to the beach was perfect and even being 2nd row back you can sit / listen / hear the waves. The local neighbors (across the street and beside us) were so friendly and pleasant. I had a couple great conversations with them. Overall had a wonderful vacation and looking forward to going back to OIB
