The house provides a fully equipped kitchen and dining area (gas stove, no oven). Air conditioning in all three upstairs bedrooms. Open-concept design with double glass back doors in the family/living and kitchen/dining areas, opening to terraces and pool surrounded by nature.

Our pool is cleaned on the same day of the guests arrival and then once a week. No parties, events or visitors allowed. This house is available for long term rentals.

Ideal for Families, kids friendly, Seniors, long term and corporate. Not safe for infants or kids under 5 years old. Ungated pool, stairs, deck, outdoor areas are not suitable for infants or kids under 5 years old.

Absolutely no flushing of baby wipes, feminine products, excessive toilet paper, or any other items. Doing so can cause serious clogs and lead to costly repairs and inconvenience for everyone. If the toilets become clogged during your stay, you will be responsible for the repair costs.

We are not responsible for unforeseen events such as power outages, water disruptions, bad weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If something occurs during your stay, we will be available to support and assist you.
