At our home you will enjoy the calmness and meditation, while having the beautiful ambiance Puerto Rico has to offer 20 mins away. We are excited to have you. See you soon and may you have the best experience ever. The house has two units one upstairs which is for your use and one downstairs, with no connections between each other.

Unforgettable

This home is amazingly beautiful. It's very spacious and accommodated my family of six very well. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare a meal. The environment felt very safe so if you dont mind the rain every day this is a wonderful place to stay during your vacation.

First Time in PR

Our stay was amazing. The host gave us everything we needed to know and check in was easy. The house was clean itself and we didnā€™t experience any power outages. I would recommend staying here if your visiting San Juan, Puerto Rico

Nice apartment convenient to San Juan

Clean and thoughtfully decorated 2 floor apartment. We were there during Christmas week and the house was decorated for the holidays.20-25 minutes to Old San Juan and the beach. Our host was lovely . When the power went out she offered to make us food if we were unable to find food for our dinner. The power did come back on and she invited us to join her for her New Year's celebration.

Christmas Trip

We loved this place. Very clean and nicely decorated which included a festive environment with beautiful Christmas decs. Ann Marie was an awesome host who was always available for questions, but also gave the privacy expected when on vacation. House was adequately supplied with everything we needed. Location was perfect for traveling to various destinations whether the city or outdoor activities is on the agenda. If we return this would most definitely be our ā€œgo toā€. Thank you Ann Marie.

Pre wedding adventure

This location is a diamond in the rough!!!! Very comfortable space. Very clean, very well designed to make it feel like home. Anne Marie was amazing to communicate with. All needs were met and beyond. Amazing superhost!!!! We will definitely stay here again when we return. Thank you for making our trip super comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend!!

Disappointed

This property reminded me of the old saying about putting lipstick on a pig. I was disappointed to find that the place is not a nice as other reviewers stated. The pictures make the place look nice, but what you don't see or hear from the other reviewers is that some of the furniture is broken, the linens were stained, the water backs up in the shower (yuck!), and the dryer didn't work. Additionally, the description doesn't mention the tenant(or maybe the owner) lives downstairs. This could be a great place if the owner gave it more attention. As for us, we made do during our four day stay but I won't rent here again, or recommend it to others.

Great 3 nights in Guaynabo!

We had a great 3 night stay at this home in Guaynabo! Large and spacious 3 bedrooms, kitchen, and hang-out rooms for 6 of us. Loved the sounds of the Coqui frogs at night. Thank you!

Special home in the Guaynabo hills

We loved staying here for two weeks! The house has everything needed to feel like home, is quiet and secluded, yet has easy access to the whole metropolitan area - nothing is more than 25 minutes away - and very easy access to Guaynabo and its stores and restaurants. Easy to cook at home and easy to go out. We were happy to have rented a car, but we also used Uber Eats one night, no problem. Such a nice visit!

The house was nice and roomy a little far from the city. Uber was about 35.00 per trip per day for a family of 5 which was fine because we didn't get lost going places. The host was very nice . The mountain views were breathtaking and quiet.

Best Experience!!

I had a great experience during my stay in Puerto Rico. The host was very pleasant and friendly. At anytime I need some assistance with, the host was quick to response if I had any concerns. I highly recommend any one to rent from Ann Marie, she is awesome!

Home away from home

The home is beautiful very well decorated and the pictures really donā€™t do it justice. I would recommend a rental car but taxis and Uber does work as well as we did not rent a car this time for this particular trip. The place is not very close to San Juan if thatā€™s where you plan to spend most time but itā€™s not far either. About 24 minutes away. Home comes equipped with basically everything you need a true home away from home. Be sure to confirm the exact address and location with the exact street name for accuracy so you donā€™t get lost. The host was very helpful and I would honestly stay again.

Definitely would recommend!

Itā€™s a big house not too far from San Juan (about 18 min). Super spacious & cute. One of the bedrooms are not in the pictures & ironically thatā€™s the nicest room.
