Not far from miami airport. Great resort access. Beautiful and clean lodging. Food is also great as resort. Will rebook!

Beautiful place in Key Largo

Everyone had a private suite at this lovely townhome. Loved having the pool nearby. Very quiet and peaceful. Staff was responsive. We had a great time and would stay here again.

3-Day Getaway with friends and family

Great house - the top deck is an amazing place to unwind at the end of the day. We appreciated the quality of the appliances throughout the house. Close to diving, kayaking, fun restaurants etc (none in walking distance).

Great property and wonderful communication

The property manager was absolutely amazing. We had an issue getting down to the keys due to the wildfires and she was available to talk to us and help us any moment we asked a question. The property was very clean and the grounds and amenities were great.

Great house, but the resort is a drive.

The house is great, but comes with nothing. You’ll need to bring everything other than Shampoo. The resort is across the highway and down the street. While they have a shuttle, it took a while to come get us. The resort is nice but everything is expensive. They add 20% to everything ordered as well(no big deal, just don’t double tip). The TV had no service provided so we couldn’t watch regular TV at night. Overall a great location and very comfortable, but nothing is walkable.

Neglected by Property Mgmt

The property is beautiful; however, our unit had a lot of issues. The property was listed as having a master bedroom with king sized bed on second floor but turned out to be bunk beds, which is uncomfortable for an adult couple. There was not hot water all weekend. The stove was incorrectly installed. I was told by the property manager that they would reimburse me for the issues and incorrectly listed room, but I seem to have gotten the run- around for the last month. It’s really unfortunate because the property is awesome, just kinks to work out but at the end of the day- the property management company should make this right in someway. At the least, a phone call or an email rather than me following up. I would not rent here again for this reason.

Perfect for 2 families!

Perfect set up for 2 families. 2 king suite rooms upstairs, kids bunk room on main floor plus additional room on first floor we put 2 older kids in. Worked great!

Great place for vacation in the Keys

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space to spread out, but a nice common space to be together. I enjoyed sitting out on the porches. One thing to note is there is quite a bit of construction happening in the community. I’m an early riser and my kids slept right through it so not a big deal to us but be aware that it is happening. There is a small pool at the club house that we really enjoyed and we were almost always the only ones there. It was nice to have access to the resort across the road. We went most days. It was nice having access to the gym there as well. The resort is about 4/10 of a mile away. Overall, we really enjoyed our time there and we would stay again in the future.

Service, Serenity and Space...

Fantastic service. Monica went above and beyond for us during our stay. Communication was terrific. Gene at the bar did a great job keeping guests entertained and "hydrated". This home is one of three currently developed. Eventually, the community will be built out. For now, you have almost exclusive use of the residences pool. Having access to the Marriott and their wonderful ammentites is a real perk. They have a beautiful bayside beach area, lovely pool and some great dining options. Both properties are simply beautiful and serene. Key Largo is a laid back island. If you are looking for action, this might not be the place for you. However, if you are looking to disconnect, relax and enjoy nature, stay here!
