Anchors Aweigh is a beautiful modern house, built in May 2021.
Kitchen has eat at island, dining & stainless steel appliances. Equipped with everything you need to cook during your stay with complimentary Coffee & Tea Station.
Living Room has a comfy Sectional Sofa where you can sit & stream on large Smart TV.
Master Bedroom has Tommy Bahama furniture, King Size Bed, 2 matching Nightstands, Dresser along with a Closet.
Master Bathroom is attached to the Master Bedroom and large walk in Shower, Toilet & 2 Sinks.
First Floor has stacked Washer/Dryer.
Take the stairs up to 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom in between.
Guest bedroom features Tommy Bahama furniture with Queen Size Bed, large closet and sliding door that leads you directly out onto the main deck.
3rd Bedroom features 2 bunk beds & sleeps 4 children, weight limit of 150 lbs max & age restrictions for Top Bunks for safety as stated by the Manufacturer.
Hallway leads past Entertainment Area that has a mini kitchen - cabinets, faucet, sink, beverage cooler & Kreuig K Cup Maker with complimentary Coffee and Tea Station.
Walk onto the Main Deck for beautiful views of Buttonwood Sound with outdoor seating.
Travel up the spiral stairs to the Roof Top Deck where you can see 360 degrees & feel the Bay Breezes, watch amazing Sunsets, Sailboats n Seagulls. Large outdoor sectional sofa & Chaises to enjoy the views & best sunsets in Florida Keys.
Downstairs has Dining Table & Chairs with Gas Grill.
Like to play games, I also provide Cornhole & other Card & Board Games for use during your stay.

Unit is located in Calusa Condominium & Campground, a mixture of Custom Homes, Tiny Houses & RV's. My Community zoning is what allows you to book it as a legal registered Vacation Rental, which is rare in the Florida Keys. It is a fun outdoor, weekend, family oriented private community with many recreational activities taking place. Units are close & there is potential for noise from neighbors.

ONLY PERSONS UNDER YOUR BOOKING ARE ALLOWED, NO UNAUTHORIZED PERSONS/GUESTS ! ALL UNAUTHORIZED PERSONS ARE TRESPASSING!
EXTRA GUEST- DAY/NIGHT FEES
If approved - extra fees/per person of $50-$800 day/night + 12.5 % Tax & booking fees/costs.
If Renter is found to have extra or unauthorized persons/guests/visitors/day guests, there will be extra guests fees charged & owed plus FINE up to $5000 fine at sole discretion of Owner. I also have the right to EVICT any/all persons for violating House Rules with NO refunds, partial refunds or compensation for any or all nights used or NOT used.
I have right to file & take any & all legal actions to recoup any rental or extra fees, fines, refunds or cancellations owed.
