In a very quiet residential area, just 5 minutes from the beautiful bay of Cala PI away, the house in Majorcan style just a few meters away from the sea on a plot of 700 m2 (60 meters). The house is very well maintained and was completely rebuilt in 2015/2016.
The modern kitchen is very well equipped with all necessary appliances (microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with separate freezer, 4-burner gas cook-well, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, espresso machine, blender, egg cooker, juicer). Here you can put a full 4 course meal, if you want it. There is a cozy dining room and a fireplace room with heating fireplace downstairs.
Radiators are available in all rooms. Two spacious bedrooms on the ground floor
are each equipped with a double bed (one 1.60 x 2. 00m, once per 1.80 x 2. 00 m, separate mattresses) and built in wardrobes. The third bedroom
has a single bed of 2. 00 x 90 cm (also downstairs) .The bathrooms one has a very large shower, sink, toilet and hair dryer. There is also an extra toilet. The washing machine is outside separately.
In the upper part is the very large fourth bedroom, with an en suite shower room, and dream of the sea. In the dining area, a small kitchen with refrigerator and sink is so you can enjoy cool drinks in the upper region. Large living room with TV and fireplace and stunning ocean views.
A spacious terrace with sea views and a covered patio with lounge furniture completes the picture.
The entire house is very good and exclusive furnishing and is very personal charm. Outside there is the private swimming pool (8 x 4 meters) with built-in stairs and a very large outdoor shower (hot / cold), is fun right in the outdoor showers. There is also a covered front terrace. In the garden in front of the pool with garden furniture, six sun loungers and a barbecue gas grill.

Here you will find bars and restaurants, pubs, and 2 supermarkets with fresh bread. The famous Es Trenc beach (8km flat sandy beach) can be reached in 15 minutes. Amusement Aqualand / Aqua City, Palma Aquarium, water sports, museums and the world-famous Cathedral of Palma as well as many shopping opportunities in Palma are easily accessible in 30 minutes.
