The perfect location nestled in the heart of Indian Rock Beach community. Conveniently situated within walking distance to local shops, restaurants, pubs, park, art center and town community center...and of course the BEACH !

Come and enjoy our little slice of paradise in our freshly remodeled beach duplex Villa. We supply our guests with new portable beach chairs, umbrella, towels and a beach wagon to make that easy stroll to the beach even that much easier. large fenced in back yard. We are pet friendly. Only dogs please let us know before check in. $60 1 time pet fee per dog. 2 max

The house is really split into 2 units. Our unit had 2 bedrooms and was immaculate, except for the living room area rug. The rug needed to be cleaned or removed completely, as it was terribly dirty and stained. The entire unit is either tile or vinyl flooring. The kitchen had lots of utensils for cooking, but needed more storage space or shelves for our shelf-stable food. It also could use a few more skillets (we only had 1; the other small skillet had a broken handle) and some oven pans (there were none). The bedrooms could use either shelves or small dressers for clothes storage during a stay. The management company was very responsive to any questions or concerns. The location was outstanding and very convenient to several wonderful nearby restaurants. We would highly recommend this unit.

A great place to stay

We were extremely satisfied with this property. It is located close to everything and just a 3-5 minute walk to the beach. It’s also within walking distance to many very good restaurants and shops. It was very clean and had all the amenities including a nice backyard area with a new bbq grill. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything necessary if you prefer to prepare your own meals. The only thing that was missing was an ironing board so we bought one and left it for future occupants (we were that happy with the place). Lastly, the price was very reasonable and the property is just a short beautiful drive (10-15 mins depending on traffic) to Clearwater Beach and Pier 60. This is now our go-to property anytime we’re in that area. Highly recommended!!!

Great location

Nowhere did it state this was a duplex. Kitchen was equipped great for cooking however disposal never worked, bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work and bathroom sink trickled for water flow, slight smell of dog which we noticed upon walking in. One thing would be great if there was a sweeper to cleanup. Location was best a short walk down the street and down a block to beach.

My trip

Overall, it was very wonderful. Just wish my wife was able to come, but our dog got sick next time. We will definitely hope to stay in the same spot close to everything walking distance to anything.

Everything was great except it is a duplex

We just didn't expect it is a duplex and we're sharing back yard and BBQ, that was unexpected. And we even re-double checked the listing and didn't find anything about duplex house. So we shared the property and our neighbors admitted the same, it was a total surprise for them too. We expected to have our dog to be outside on the backyard most of the time, same we do at our own home but as it wasn't only ours, our dog stayed a lot of time at home that was unusual for him and he looked bored and didn't eat almost at all 😒 expect also not closed porch and backyard too, we mean no doors there. But inside the house is great, we enjoyed the property for sure. Clean and enough space for everybody. Just if we knew it's duplex we probably would pick another, we usually travel into single family house with private fenced yard. Oh, also dishwasher is not there, a little inconvenient as well due to vacation time and spending time washing dishes.

Great location and amentities

The property is conveniently located within walking distance to many great restaurants and cafes and of course the beach. The unit is recently updated with a cheery vacation vibe. The owner responds quickly to messages. I would recommend staying here.

Great Stay!

This location was exactly as shown. No issues with check on nor cleanliness. Only issues - when first hooked up gas grill, it was leaking. To their credit, there was a secondary tank and worked perfectly. There was a mix-up with our neighbors at their check in and they walked in our place. It was resolved quickly!

Anniversary Getaway

This was a perfect place to celebrate our special occasion. The property was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and had plenty of dining options within walking distance. The beach wagon, umbrella, chairs and cooler made going to the beach a breeze. Having a washer and dryer on site was very convenient.

Cute and walkable

Good location. Close to pretty much everything you would want to walk to. There's a couple little grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, ice cream places, bars, surf shops, and of course the beach. The house itself has pots, pans, dishes, glasses, ect so you can cook. They left plenty of beach towels for just the two of us and had a beach wagon all ready to go as well. The couches are comfy as well as the beds. The overall esthetic of the house is beachy and fantastic. It made us feel as if we were away, but comfortably at home at the same time. All this place is missing is a firepit outside because the backyard is huge! It's also super quiet. Truly a nice little Oasis ✨️

Relaxing Florida getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect size for my wife and I. We actually downsized from a week with all of our family and grandkids the previous week, as we did not require a lot of extra room. We appreciated the accommodations made for check-in. This place is convenient to the beach and various cafes, eateries and watering holes. Very relaxing stay. One should note that this is one of two side by side units and not a single.

Comfortable and close to the beach

A very good location for beach access and easy restaurant and bar gatherings. The unit was comfortable and met the needs we had. Seemed well cleaned and supplied. Host responded quickly to questions. I'd consider renting again. Thank you.

Cozy and Convenient

A quick stopover to the area we’d never visited. The apartment was basic but clean and comfortable. Beds super comfy. Location a huge plus for beach and restaurants. Backyard spcacious and inviting. Only suggestions are to fix plug in bathroom sink, throw out torn chaises, and repair screen on porch…detract from the positives of the property.

I have been involved in the hospitality field most of my life. After graduating from Boston University back in 1986 I got my start working as a night auditor in a small hotel in Boston. I was fascinated with this industry and wanted to know everything about it. I learned all aspects of each department and through the years I became the General Manager of some well-known hotels and upscale boutique inns. During my corporate career as a General Manager of a Hyatt Hotel in Tampa Florida, I had an opportunity to manage a small beach vacation rental along the shores of the Gulf. Simply put…I was hooked. This became my new passion and career. We had our guests in mind during the renovation. We think we have supplied everything you would want for a stress free beach getaway.
