Great place to escape with your family and enjoy the private amenities across town in Bay Creek (HOA pool, private beach access, tennis, pickleball courts) while being a short walk or golf cart ride to downtown Cape Charles. Marina Village boasts their own private beach just down the street. Enjoy 5 sleeping spaces and 3.5 baths with accommodations for 12 guests.

Relax on the screened in porch or enjoy the breeze from the crows nest on the 3rd floor. Relax with drinks from the full bar and enjoy the views and breezes on the third floor balcony.

Nice house, close to the action

Really great property. Owners were awesome and worked with us when we needed to change plans kinda last minute. Would definitely stay here again.

Great for large groups

We had our annual family 4th of July gathering here, and the place was perfect for multiple families and kids! The hosts were communicative and helpful with the questions we had.

Great House and Location

The house was as advertised! Great location. Short golf cart ride from everything Cape Charles has to offer. Would certainly recommend and stay in coming years!

Great getaway with friends

Four friends and I traveled to Cape Charles for a long weekend and stayed at this property. It was more than enough space for us to spread out and enjoy ourselves, and having the golf cart available as part of the rental was a great savings. We would certainly stay here again.

Beautiful property in charming town

The house was clean, well stocked, and perfectly situated in a quiet community. Everything was as advertised and we had an amazing long weekend. Would highly recommend if you don't mind being a four minute drive from downtown Cape Charles.

Great house, great location

4 couples in town for a wedding. Host was very easy to work with. The house has a neat layout. We spent mornings and evenings on the back porch. We loved the porch! It was a great weekend!

Great place for a getaway

My friends and I came to cape charles for a girl's weekend. Having never been to the area the location was fantastic! The home had enough space for our whole group however the listing said 4 bathrooms but only two had showers which wasn't ideal but worked. The owners were extremely helpful and assisted us with everything we needed.

We are sorry to hear you had an issue with renters down the street. We strive to ensure guests are behaving in an orderly manner as do most of our neighbors who rent their properties. Property dirty and not maintained

This house was a huge disappointment. It is in a state of disrepair with the apparent lack of general maintenance, and didn't feel particularly clean. I would not recommend this house. There were hot water issues, a broken washing machine, a bug problem, and dirty carpets, to name a few. The owner was unresponsive after the complaints and I had to work with VRBO. This is unfortunate because the house was about the right size for us, it is in a great location, and the community has nice amenities.

We feel this review is in response to the excess of $500 in damages that occurred during your stay. It is unfortunate that you choose to provide a negative review when you broke doors, blinds, and damaged multiple items. In fairness, the washer was broken but was scheduled for repair which we informed you about. Carpet is an issue in many rentals and as a result hardwood is being laid throughout the home. Had you reached out about any ants our exterminator would have come to spray immediately. We take great pride in our house and take it personally when damage and partying occur. I would encourage you to treat others property how you would want your own treated.

Long weekend in Cape Charles

We had a great time in Cape Charles getting together with family after a long time. We loved relaxing on the back porch and riding the golf cart to venues in town. The owner was very responsive and did everything she could to make our weekend stay enjoyable. We will be back again in the future!

My Husband, Nathan and I, live full-time in Chesapeake, VA with our four children. We are both nurses and have been in the hospitality business as bed and breakfast and home rental owners since 2011. We find it much like nursing in that we love taking care of people, ensuring they get the best vacation stay possible. We strive to provide the a home-like feel in a vacation setting where guests can relax, unwind and rejuvenate. Our hope is that our properties will help guests to make wonderful memories that can be cherished for years to come.

This property and was chosen for its main level master suite, which can accommodate our youngest son who has cerebral palsy. We wanted to provide guests an opportunity to gather a large group with features that cater to disabled guests as well as other family and friends. While it is not wheelchair accessible, it is accessible for mobile walkers with limited mobility with its main level suite and a handicapped bath chair. The Marina Villages have their own private beach, access to the marina for boaters, and is walking distance to the Oyster Farm, a favorite Cape Charles restaurant. The beach is a natural beach where sea glass and wild life abound here.

The jelly bean houses, as the locals call them, are a fun collection of homes in a gated community with all the amenties of Bay Creek, including two swimming pools, tennis courts, and a private beach with wheelchair friendly access. There are 5 sleeping areas, outside deck and screened porch access on every level and a private fenced back yard with a fire pit.
