Pool/Spa Settings are all scheduled. When purchased ($25/day), Pool Heat (highly recommended Oct to May) is set to 85 degrees from 9am to 7pm. However, if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

Pet fee: $150/pet
We do accept dog for a fee of $150/pet/stay. Pets must stay off furniture and must be picked up after.

Music and Noise: Please keep noise at a reasonable level during the day, and quiet time is 10 pm to 7am. No pool use during quiet hours.

No rowdy/noisy parties allowed.

This location is conveniently located near Blake Hospital, Starbucks, Panera Bread, Beall's, Fresh Market and so much more. The world-famous beaches of Anna Maria Island are just 6 miles away!

Lawn care weekly
Pool care is twice weekly; however, mother nature can sometimes bring pollen or debris into the pool. Please notify us immediately should there be an issue and we will send someone out ASAP.
