Laundry pods, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and toilet paper are included. Extra supplies may need to be purchased by guest depending on amount of use/length of stay.

Guest Access:
Guests enjoy full private access to the home, pool, patio, fenced yard, and driveway. Self-check-in is available for convenience.

Other things to note:
The saltwater pool is heated to 86 degrees for no additional charge year round! Please note, while that temperature is comfortable for swimming, the pool will not feel like a hot tub. In the colder months, it can be difficult for a pool to maintain the set temperature overnight, and refunds will not be provided for weather and other factors outside of our control. Please alert us if you have concerns about the pool and we will send someone out to check on it ASAP.

While we have a professional service that regularly cleans and maintains the pool, we do not offer 24/7 pool maintenance you may find at a resort or hotel. It may be necessary to use the provided net and remove debris or other things that may fall into the pool before use just as a homeowner would. Pool service schedule will be communicated with guests, but as we contract with an external company, we are unable to fully control their schedule.

Please read full house rules before booking. No parties or excessive noise will be tolerated as this home is in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Pets: Dogs are welcome with approval and a $150 fee per dog (included at time of booking if dog is included in reservation count). We kindly ask that pets are leashed outdoors and kept off furniture and bedding. It is the owner's responsibility to clean up any pet waste or excessive pet hair, or additional charges may apply.
