- Parking: There are two (2) assigned covered parking spots under the unit included with the unit.
- Boat slip rental is available through the HOA property management. It's on a first come, first served basis, and proof of boat registration & insurance must be submitted. The complex will charge $105 for up to seven day pass.
- Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove-top, fridge, ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposable, microwave, etc.
-Linens come furnished but please bring your own beach/ pool towels.
-Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, paper towels, and trash bags.
POLICIES:
-NO smoking in condo, on the balcony, or in the hallways allowed.
-Must be at least 23 years old to book
-Additional fees and taxes may apply
-Photo ID may be required upon check-in.
-Ring doorbell camera located outside of unit door entry for security purposes.
-Check-in at 3 p.m.
