Perfect for your next family beach retreat to Alabama's Gulf Coast, this spacious and colorful condo offers all that you will need for a truly relaxing getaway. Prepare meals in your well-equipped full kitchen with a breakfast bar, relax in the cozy living area and watch something on the TV, or head out to your furnished balcony for some fresh air. Guests will also enjoy the shared grilling area and the outdoor pool on-site as well as easy access to the beach.

Regatta is located less than a half-mile from the heart of Gulf Shores where you will find shops, a water park, miniature golf, and delicious dining options (most of which offer takeout) like The Hangout, Gulf Island Grill, Sea N Suds, and many more! Take a day to explore the Alabama Gulf State Park, only a mile and a half away, with various trails, fishing, kayak rentals, and bike paths! Plus, kids of all ages will have a blast at Waterville USA/Escape House for waterslides and fun in the sun!

Condo needs work

We have stayed at Regatta for many years. The location is great and we were able to check in early. Easy beach access. We will stay again but not in this unit.

Terrible!!!!!!

It wasn’t anything like was shown online, the rooms smelt like urine. There was mold in one room, bathroom ceiling had water damage drywall was nasty in the shower and behind the toilet. Will not be returning to The Regetta..

Great location

Great location, but the condo needed help. Lots of small things needed fixed. Broken outlets, shower heads hanging down, shower drain clogged horribly, dirty linens (we always bring our own), lose door handles or locks not functioning.

Excellent location but terrible maintenance

Great location, parking is good but the room had a lot of issues. The room had half a dozen or more places were water damage had made holes in the ceiling. Both of the shower heads are not secured to the wall and have plastic stuffed into the hole to try to prevent it from moving. A piece of cardboard taped to cover a hole behind the toilet. The master bedroom wall outlets did not work so we could not watch TV. The largest problem is the bunkbeds are more or less two beds just screwed together with a total of 4 brackets and 8 screws and was extremely dangerous.

Awesome stay

The stay was amazing, rooms where very clean and cozy. Plenty of cookware and dishes. The HOA was on top of any concern you have. The water pressure was low for showers but most properties beach side are. Will definitely be back!

Property leaks.

We got there on the second day after a train storm, the ceiling in the master started to leak and led to the paint Fallon off the ceiling. Also the tv in the living room didn’t work.

Needs some Maintenance

Shower head coming out of wall, Sliding glass door to balcony would not lock, dishwasher was not securely installed, no coffee filters, salt/pepper, no cleaning supplies for guests to clean unit during stay or before leaving, no ice tray. and location to the beach was awesome. Overall had a great stay and we would stay there again. Value was excellent and would recommend condo to friends and family. Thank you for letting us stay there.

Awesome location

Great Location

The location was great! It is located a few buildings down from the Hang Out and several tourist shops. The condo is on the second floor right beside the stairs. It does have an elevator but it seems to be a little outdated so we mostly used the stairs. They do need some updated carts to bring your luggage up also. The ones they had were old and looked dirty. The condo itself was decorated nicely. We loved the large living area. We had plenty of pots, pans, etc to cook and eat with. The only problems I saw was the faucets and shower heads in the bathrooms. They were loose and would move easily. It wasn't a problem but I was afraid if moved too much it might damage the pipes. Also the lint trap for the dryer needs to be replaced. It is old and tore so the lint gets in your clothes and you have to clean and then run the dryer again to get clothes dry. We did love the beach area as well. It wasn't too crowded and was nice for the family. Overall we did enjoy our stay and would stay again at the Regatta but we would love to have a bigger view of the beach. All we had was one small view from the corner of the balcony. But no complaints because we new that when we booked it. Thank you for allowing us to stay.
