with spaces to gather - hangout and some quiet spaces too.
There is included in the home a "study" room with french doors Offers a civilized space for "working" or in case you need to "escape" from the loved ones .

Comfortable and effortless design describe this home . Thoughtful design and details are what you will experience here .

This Fresh Faced Modern Beauty chimes in with 2000 square feet of well appointed and thoughtful design , sits on a wide canal giving the home a peaceful tranquility- check out the 2nd floor deck / patio which offers relief from the heat even with mid 90's temps!

The interior space consists of an open concept design- ceiling fans thru out -
larger kitchen, family room, and dining area .
The kitchen is fully equipped Chefs Kitchen- (if you like to cook - you are in luck)
Large gathering dining table and extra seating at the island
Large comfortable sofa sectional so there is plenty of space for your 6 to spread out !
Add to that 3 well appointed bedrooms - all with built in closet spaces for your convenience . The bedding is high end, as sleep is pretty important and valued by most.

The house has 5 smart tv's ( one in each bedroom , study ,and - Family room boasts a 100" smart TV!
Our Wifi is super fast and can handle a family or group on all their devices.
You could also opt to stay inside and choose a movie instead- Netflix and HBO and all the apps are available to stream .

The Pool it is a salt water pool
is gated for security and privacy
because we have an open pool ( no screens - ) You really feel like your in your own private resort .
Loungers and sectional seating and a large dining table provide some fabulous gathering spaces for your group.
Electric heater is available if there is a chill in the air .

The Dock ( with prior permission from us ) can hold up to 24' boat)

Let's talk about the beach.....
The Beach is a Beauty! expansive white soft sand and clear blue water. Honestly - it is one of the prettiest beaches I have ever seen- and I believe you will agree .
To get to the beach its a quick walk (150 yards in total to the beach access ) travel to the end of the street down 1 block and cross over Estero to the public beach access- I have a wagon, chairs, umbrella and beach towels for your use.

Great Family Vacation

Great place to spend a family vacation. We were able to be together with all the comforts of home. The home is in a great location on Fort Myers Beach. Quick and easy access to the beautiful beach, quiet street and close to many restaurants and shops.

Convenient to everything, walk to beach, Publix close by. Home is beautiful, clean and well stocked we had everything we needed. One of the nicest places I have ever stayed thru VRBO.

Great Location

Enjoyed our stay the area was nice and the house was exactly as described. Everything you need for the beach is supplied and kitchen is stocked with all the utensils. Pool was nice and being able to fish off the dock was a nice perk. Would definitely recommend staying here

Family Vacation

Great location for a family vacation. Lots of time spent outside enjoying the pool. Many amenities within walking distance of this quiet neighborhood. The property owner is quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. We had a great stay!

Great Stay - Awesome Home!

We stayed for a week in June, with temps in the 90's the entire time. The homes A/C kept up the entire time, and the pool definitely was nice to have on those hot days. Everything is as advertised, the home was immaculate, and we would stay here again.

Perfect location and close to the beach!

We had a great stay. The house was perfect for our family and a short walk to the beach. Dana was wonderful and even checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Loved the pool and location was great! The kitchen was pretty much stocked with anything you would need. Thank you, Dana for a great stay!

Great location and amenities.

Very nice property and location for my sister trip. We would definitely book again. It is nicely furnished with all the kitchen basics for onsite meal and beverage prep when desired. It’s a short walk to their beach and the owner has all the essentials needed for a day in the sun and sand. The pool and patio are very inviting and welcome after an afternoon on the beach.

We have stayed up and down the Naples/Fort Myers/Marco coast, and this property ranks near the top! It is in a great location, close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. The pool and lanai are also beautiful. Dana is very responsive and the process of check in and check out was a breeze. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back! Tim and Irene

Harmony House

The property was just perfect. Out of the crowded area of Fort Myers Beach ⛱ but still close enough to everything. On the canal with a very nice size pool. Made it a perfect quiet spot for the 2 of us. Well stocked and had everything you could need. Will hopefully be back again.

Perfect family getaway!!!

We had such a great time at Harmony House! So close to the beach but the screened pool is a great bonus for those days you just don't have it in you. Dana is very easy to work with and easy to reach. Actually she reached out to us a couple times to make sure everything was going well. Book Harmony House for your Fort Myers Beach stay...you won't be disappointed!

Amazing house and great location!

There is not a single thing to criticize about this property. It had absolutely everything you need to make your vacation a blast. From kitchen utensils, to water toys, to a wagon to carry beach chairs, umbrellas and towels to the beach. The pool was wonderful and the short walk to the beach was great. Seriously everything was amazing! We’ll be back for sure.

Fantastic

Amazing property in a great location. Under 5 mins to the beach and right on the canal. We were lucky enough to see Manatees most days coming up to the dock! No complaints at all and hopefully can re-book for next year. Dana the owner was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Many thanks!

Last impression as good as the first.

We rented this house for a week in early June. It has everything you need. Beautiful place with a private pool to relax in . It is very close to the beach and has a beautiful view from out the back of the house from the pool. We would recommend this house. Great people to work with if you have any questions.

Here is the rest of the story…….

…..The story all began when my family moved from New Jersey to Florida back in 1980!
My whole family is still living there. Unfortunately I had to move back to N.J. after college- to work in NYC . My husband and I found this gem back in 2001. We loved the idea of coming down and spending time with my brothers - and their families and for our kids to know their cousins. Unfortunately due to our busy lives we can't get down to Florida more than a few times a year- so we love the idea of sharing our home with you! I have made our home comfortable and easy for all- who arrive. I love to entertain so you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all the items you need to host a family gathering! I hope you enjoy our house as much as we do!

I loved the idea of having a private residence near the beach- without all the chaos the north end of the beach can bring at various times of the year. The canal waterway to open water is a quick one to the gulf( @15 minutes which is Really Great-)
Important question to ask if you are renting a boat on the island..
The location of our beach and the actual beach itself- is beautiful and a tranquil wide open space( pictures are on my site).
I love the location- walk to everything while still private!

Location - Location- Location-
Easy on and off the island in high season (Dec- April) by traveling in and out of the south end of the island- ( highly recommend) vs traveling over Mantanzas Bridge-
The Beach where our home is located is Awesome! truly one of the prettiest beaches I have ever seen.
The home is situated on a quiet street but right in the center of a lot of activity -- which enables you to retreat to a calm haven after you have had your fill of all there is to do!!
