We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the pool's condition at the start of your stay. We understand how important it is to have a fully functional pool, and we're glad Austin was able to get it back in shape. We also appreciate your understanding of the ongoing recovery from the hurricane. We strive to make every guest’s experience enjoyable, and your input helps us improve for future stays. Thank you for the review, Ashley! We're so happy to hear you all loved everything at the place and enjoyed the surrounding area. We hope to be able to host you guys again soon!

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the location, the open upstairs layout, and that the home worked well overall for your group. We appreciate your feedback regarding the separate downstairs space and understand how that setup may have impacted your group dynamic. We're also sorry to hear about the condition of the pool and the communication issues you experienced—we’re taking this seriously and will be reviewing our processes to ensure better service and responsiveness going forward. Your input helps us improve, and we do hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you for your feedback! I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the upstairs suite and found the layout perfect for your needs. I appreciate you pointing out the areas in need of attention downstairs — I’ll be sure to have those patches addressed and consider adding a bench or alternative storage options for the bedroom to make it more comfortable. I also apologize for the confusion regarding the pool heating. We will make sure to clarify that information for future guests. Your insights are really helpful, and we’ll work to improve these details for a better experience next time. We hope to welcome you back in the future!

Thank you so much for your review; we hope to welcome you back in the future!
