Plz read ENTIRE descriptions: Located on Wilmington Island exactly between Downtown Sav & Tybee Beach. Brand new, built 2020, ONE bedroom apt. Self check-in. Private bungalow inside fenced area on a cute little creek, with own parking, fire pit, grill, lounge chairs, misting fan. Your bungalow is surrounded by fun movie set props (my husband`s job) & tons of extras listed further in the details. A luggage cart is also available. ONE bedroom guesthouse, the max occupancy is 2 people only. It`s located on Wilmington Island exactly between Downtown Savannah & Tybee Island Beach. It was built in 2020, 410 Sq ft. Self check-in. It`s a private bungalow inside a fenced-in area on a cute creek. You have your own parking(one car only), a fire pit, a patio with lounge chairs & a misting fan. You also have your own deck on the creek with a grill & cooking set. You have your own entrance to the pool, our home porch is off limits. The bungalow area is filled with fun movie set props (my husband`s job) & tons of other fun things giving it an eclectic atmosphere. There is a 56` TV (Wifi/Roku to sign into your own account), & work desk & chair. We have super soft towels & sheets, comfy queen bed, with an extra pillow & blanket. You have your own washer & dryer & self controlled ac/heat. A small dehumidifier that we ask you to please leave running during the summer. There is a bluetooth sound system via the bathroom light system. The kitchenette has a full apt size fridge, convection cook top that can only work with cast iron which is provided, microwave, large toaster oven, toaster, coffee pot, & coffee. Provided is an extra stored rolling counter top & a purified water filtration system under the sink, no need for water bottles. We have beach towels, umbrella, & chairs for you to borrow. Please return to avoid a charge. Anything that is needed, we live on the property and are usually always here, just ask via text, that number will be given in your welcome message, it is the best way to get a hold of us, not via the app. This property is NOT kid, stroller, or wheelchair friendly.
Pet limit is 2 max at 20lbs each at $75 pp, larger and or shedding extra $ 100 pp. Longer than one week charges will vary depending on the dog due to cleaning procedures. Refundable, or partial refundable, pet damage deposit, $150, to be paid PRIOR TO CHECK IN. Pictures are taken frequently to avoid `that was already there` issues. We only accept 40lb & under for $100. For dogs bigger, that shed, the extra fee added is $75. I have to have it steam cleaned, cover the furniture, air it out for a day or 2, & disinfect everything due to allergies, or people who just can`t handle dog smell, for the people coming in after. It`s a process that I`m proud to keep going. I do understand traveling with pets, we travel with 3.
Pet must also be people and other pet friendly as we have pets on property. Pets should not be on the furniture, please bring coverings or a crate. If these rules are not adhered to you will be required to vacate the property, hopefully without getting the authorities involved. Apologies but yes, that`s happened. Please address us with any questions and with pictures of your pet(s) before proceeding.
A luggage cart is available for you to pull around to your car. Please replace where you got it & secure the gate. Key info & check-in instructions are given the day of arrival. The unheated pool is available; if we`re in it, feel free to join us. If you prefer your privacy, no problem just give us a heads up. Our home porch area is off limits. The pool is closed by October-ish reopens March-ish, depending on the weather.
You have patio & your own deck on the creek with grill & dining set. Feel free to use the firepit, and misting fan.

You can walk to coffee shop, gas stations, liquor store, banks, church, restaurants, bars, & Ace shopping center (Goodwill, Dollar store, Subway, a resale center..). Kroger-UPS-post office Plaza & Dollar General are about a 10 minute walk. Publix, marina & a deli, a tad closer.

Walk, bike (bring your own, they`ll be safe), car, ride share, your choice. Super easy to get around.

Just so you know, our bedroom window in our home is at the gate entrance by where you park. Please keep noise at night to a minimal by it plz. Also, the path is NOT stroller or wheelchair accessible. Side note, any items missing after checkout charges will incur.

Renter has their own set of pool stairs & patio. If we`re in the pool plz feel free to join us. The main house deck is not for use. Absolutely no smoking in the apt., there is a designated smoking area on the creek deck.
Beach chairs, umbrella, corn hole boards for borrow. A fine will be charged for no return it damage of any items.
Beach towels provided. Need charcoal? Just ask.
Please turn misting fan on the patio off when not using & please turn lights off & adjust ac & heat when not in use. Upon checking out please put all towels on hooks or over the shower & we will take care of the linens.
