Just 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport and 30 minutes from Miami Airport.

Family Get-A-Way

This property is as advertised!!! Amazing location, and only a five minute drive to the beach and downtown Hollywood. From the pool, to the outdoor patio, this house delivers in every way. It’s definitely a hidden gem. Gregg, the property manager, is very courteous and professional. We were even able to check in early due to an early flight arrival. Will definitely look for this property for future visits.

LOVELY, SPACIOUS, CLEAN HOME

Our family of four, including 2 teenagers rented this lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bath home for March Break. The house is spacious, spotlessly clean, pleasant decor...think Swedish/ikea...Great location, 15 min drive from airport, nice residential neighbourhood. Totally private backyard, terrific pool, covered patio with comfortable furniture and large dining table and chairs. Super outdoor shower for after the beach! Greg, property manager was a pleasure to deal with, provided bikes (additional fee). Very comfortable, private, restful home! We enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend for families. This house would easily accommodate extended family or multiple couples, 3 separate bedroom/bathroom areas are a real plus! Lots of towels provided...found a beach umbrella to use but no beach chairs though. Easy to book, quick response. LOVED this rental house...we think you will too :)

Great house

Really enjoyed our time at the house - super close to the beach (6 mins). The rooms were all clean and the beds were great too. The pool was really clean and we enjoyed it almost on a daily basis. The owners are overseas is my understanding but wasn't any issues checking into the house. Gregg was great and accommodated us with a late checkout as we were taking a late flight. Overall, it's an awesome house and we would stay here again!

Excellent Vacation Home

The property is extremely well maintained and clean. The property manager is highly responsive for any needs that visitors have. It is in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach and the swimming pool in the house is fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving week here. The house is well equipped with all amenities.

My first time renting a house ! Great experience

We loved the house ! It’s was great ! Bring or buy your own toilet paper and make sure you bring off spray for the Mosquitoes! Other wise it was just like the pictures online ! I would definitely would rent again !

A Private Paradise

Gorgeous property. Very clean. Gregg, the contact person, was quick to respond and corrected whatever little issues we had. Our only concern was the pool was not heated. Thankfully we were still able to use it. After all, it was still July in Florida which is HOT. A cold whirlpool is not fun. The outdoor living space was fabulous. We would love to stay here again. Just worth mentioning, the master bathroom is very small, and there's very little closet space. For our family, this was a POOL house. We went out one night out of seven.

Great place to stay!

Pleasantly surprised with the home and location. Very convenient to many locations and a short drive to the beach. Our entire family stayed here and loved every minute. Would definitely rent again.

Miami Vacation

great host and amazing house! the host is amazing from the beginning all the way to the end. we got into Miami earlier than the check in time and Gregg had the house available for us already. thr house is perfect just as the description states 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a big backyard very clean all through out the house. will definitely come back and rent it again thank you Gregg for everything!

The stay was very nice! The pictures don’t tell the true story of this beautiful home...way better in person! Easy rental and check-in process, everything you need is at your fingertips. Kitchen necessities were available. Pool to die for!

Beautiful home

This house was perfect for our getaway. We had 3 couples and was perfect each couple had their own area with own bathroom room. The outside living area was also a great set up we used this area the whole vacation. Would absolutely recommend this house.

Perfect family getaway

We loved this house! It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool deck and spent many hours out there reading in the shade or having a glass of wine in the evenings. This house provided the perfect retreat for my family.

The perfect family vacation

This house could not have been more perfect for us. We spent the whole week here (much of that time in the amazing pool) with some of our extended family and it felt like home. It was fully equipped and super clean. The owners were very responsive and helpful when needed. Overall a great week and we'd love to return.

Everything and More

We had three couples staying at the property and it was perfect! The layout gave each couple their own “quarters” and bathroom. We cannot say enough about the backyard and pool area as it gave those who wanted sun, plenty of sun, but also shade for once you had too much sun! Location was great with a 5 minute drive to the beach or downtown Hollywood. The back patio was great for nighttime dinner, drinks, and relaxing. We cannot say enough about how great it was!

Perfect Property for Family Vacay

I was hesitant to book this property because so few reviews, but I'm so happy we did! Don't worry about lack of reviews. The owners are from Sweden and at the home, there is a guest book full of reviews (mostly in Swedish). I also got worried because I reached out to the owner a couple of times and didn't get a response right away (perhaps because they are in Sweden, I don't know). I reached out to VRBO for help and everything was fine. The local property manager, Gregg, was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Internet and tv stopped working. He had a repair person out right away. They didn't fix it, so Gregg cancelled that company and switched to a new company. They were out right away and had the cable up and running immediately . **If you're needing internet, maybe reach out to Gregg to verify that all is good now.** The house was spacious and clean. A starter pack of essentials was supplied. You'll need your own toiletries (shampoo, bodywash, etc) and hand soap if you want one in all bathrooms. There are plenty of linens/towels The back patio and pool area were awesome. So much space and seating for laying in the sun or lounging in the shade. We had all of our meals out there. Some pool floats were also provided. Location is great. Very close to the beach, grocery stores, and restaurants. We will definitely be back.

My family of four stayed here for four nights to escape the snow and cold in Illinois. Beautiful house and pool. It was very clean and comfortable. We would love to stay here again.

Excellent stay!

This property was even better in person. The pool area is gorgeous. Greg was excellent and very responsive. The internet stopped working but they did their best to accommodate us while working from home. Overall highly recommend and would stay again!

Necessities

The property was great. Love the back deck and pool area. We also loved the location. It was a very quiet neighborhood. The only thing I did not like was the fact that we were required to supply our own trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. I have stayed at several properties and have never had to supply the basic items. We had to go out and purchase all the items mentioned. I asked the manager about toilet paper and he said it was there and if we needed more or needed anything else we had to go get it ourselves. Needless to say what little they supplied did not last a week. Plus they ask us to wash the bedding and towels before we left and we had to supply detergent to do this. Other than that we really liked the property.

Thankful

The house was more than we had hoped for! Updated, beautifully decorated, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our Thanksgiving vacation! Pool was awesome and the lanai was perfect for our 2 familes. The property owner and local contact were very responsive to the minor questions we had and quickly took care of the one issue we had (which was completely out anyone’s control, so not a complaint on the property at all!). Overall we were extremely happy with this rental and would definitely recommend it!
