Beautiful, spacious, open concept and sanitized! single story home with 5 bedrooms and 8 beds total, plus a sofa bed. One of the big rooms has two bunk beds. Only 10 min. from downtown, Freemont Experience, restaurants, casinos and shows. House is very convenient located only 5 min. from freeway 15, shopping center, gas station, Starbucks and Cannery Casino. Corner house, no neighbors on one side! Cozy, equipped everything you need, easy communication with the host. Come and experience us!

Passable but needs work

Overall the place was clean but we didn't spend a lot of time there during the weekend. The toilets need to be replumbed. Both drain down and run randomly. Showers had shampoo dispensers that were empty. Shower door handle in the master bath was loosely attached to the door. Treehouse needs to be either rebuilt or torn down before someone gets hurt on it. TV didn't work in the living room. Landscaping needs attention and the waterfall didn't work. In general the exterior needs maintenance. Finally, the door access code hadn't been updated in 2 years as a friend who had previously stayed found the code from that stay and it matched the one we were given for the weekend. Finally we had to request an access code after not receiving one despite it being 2 hours after the check in time.

Dirty and Disappointing

Firstly, the house was dirty and not cleaned properly. The floors were so dirty that they left our feet and socks BLACK. The sponge that was left in the sink to use, was disgusting (used and worn out). There was a dirty piece of clothing left shoved in the cushions of the couch. There was a dirty piece of clothing left outside on the back patio. Some of the towels stunk, were stained, and were very clearly worn out. The wall in the master bedroom restroom had, what appeared to be, feces smeared on the wall. There were items left underneath the beds from previous guests. The carpet in the room with bunkbeds was extremely dirty. Some of the decorative pillow in the living room had old dried fluids on them. The house was overall, very dirty. The garage also reeked of cat urine. Therefore, we did not utilize the garage at all due to the stench. Secondly, the washer and dryer did not work properly inside of the house. This was a HUGE inconvenience since we had family from out of state, and we booked the house for an entire week. This leads into my third point: the response time from the host was horrible. We reached out to the host during our stay to let them know that the washer and dryer were not working (again, HUGE INCONVENIENCE since we booked the house for an entire WEEK) and we did not receive a response until after we checked out - 2 whole days later. A response time of 2 days (after we checked out) is very inconvenient. Overall, we will not be staying here again.

90% nice with a few issues

We came to Vegas for my parent 65th anniversary. There was 12 of us 4 were children, The home was nice and clean. The location was convenient with a super Walmart minutes away. The location was good except for a High school across the street caused issues in the early morning(6:30). Cars parked in the streets playing booming music. We enjoyed the house and cooked all our breakfasts and some dinners. Some of the appliances failed to work but was something we could work through. Also some of the mattresses were pretty worn out. The kids played in the back yard quite a bit but the tree house was falling apart. Overall the stay was great but not perfect so I gave it a 4 out of 5. music.

Family gathering

We had the perfect number of bedroom, a half bath would have been nice, but the 2 bathrooms were perfect. Plenty of room to congregate and a quiet neighborhood.

Good for short stays with a group

This was a good option for a short stay with a group of 7 people. The space was large and had enough rooms for everyone. While overall cleanliness could be improved, especially the floors, and general amenities were a bit lacking, overall this was a comfortable stay that was a good off-Strip option for us.

Sista Trip

It was a very nice property and the host was very responsive regarding questions about checking in and out. The furnishings in the living area were different than the pictures but all still very nice. The location, while an industrial/warehouse type, the home was in a subdivision of very nice properties. Enjoyed our stay, just 15-20 minutes from the Boulevard, Fremont and the airport.

Great house

The house was nice and spacious, clean, had everything we needed for our stay. Enough beds for everyone to have their own was nice as well. About 20 minutes away from the strip.

House needed some upkeep

House was very orderly. Very neat upon arrival. Small things needed to be fixed. Towel racks that had been broken and soap dispensers that did not work. This is our main complaint. The backyard was rather small and the ‘treehouse’ was very ramshackle. Children would get hurt playing on it. There were many nice touches, we enjoyed our stay, just primarily lack of soap within dispensers and broken towel racks, and broken shade cords made the stay a bit challenging.

Great Family Gathering Place

Picked this lovely house for our family gathering in Las Vegas, it seemed almost too good to be true. This house has plenty of room! Our host was very gracious and helpful. Any questions or concerns we may of had they were quick to get back with us! The Location is incredible very close to many restaurants and stores. This home made our week stay comfortable and memorable. The negative things would be that the backyard pictures are not up to date and you can't park more than one car in the garage due to a second set of washer & dryer, and a refrigerator being in there. But overall great house and great host!

Nice get away, close to everything

Overall, this was a nice property in a great location and fit our two families with 3 kids perfectly. 10 minutes from Fremont street, which is straight down 5th Ave. We had a few issues upfront and the property owner was very responsive and quick to react. Her customer service was top notch. I would recommend this property.

Very little sleep

The smoke detector batteries were dead and they beeped the entire time, as soon as we walked in and noticed it we messaged the host and she told us to try and unplug it and she will send someone to fix it when we check out, not to mention it took 2 messages and 24+ hours for a response. Very hard to sleep when a smoke alarm beeps in the house every 2 minutes. If that was fixed it would have been 5 stars.

Family Vacation

Beautiful open space concept. So much room for our family of 10. Infant friendly. Felt safe with my toddler walking around and not having to pull or grab on any valuables. The owner was responsive. Would def stay there again in the near future!
