Estimado cliente, Muchas gracias por su reseña, de la cual nos gusta naturalmente subrayar su afirmación que “La casa les encantó, que el paisaje y las instalaciones son tal cual se muestran en nuestro anuncio y que no tienen ninguna pega al respecto”, dado que siempre es un regalo para nosotros escuchar que al final nuestros esfuerzos para hacer siempre la estancia de nuestros huéspedes lo más agradable y tranquila posible, tienen sus recompensas. Por esta misma razón también permitimos que nuestros huéspedes puedan pasar sus valiosas vacaciones junto a sus queridas mascotas y por la misma razón, también tenemos unas mínimas condiciones de convivencia para que las estancias sean igual de placenteras para todos. Tanto en el texto de nuestro anuncio como en el contrato de arrendamiento lo dejamos explicado lo mejor posible: “Las mascotas bien educadas son bienvenidas, pero deben saber que bajo ninguna circunstancia pueden saltar sobre sillas, sofás o camas, molestar a otras personas o ensuciar la propiedad. Solo cobramos una tarifa adicional de 25 € por una limpieza extra profunda. Desafortunadamente, no podemos aceptar perros de razas peligrosas”. Como en su caso desafortunadamente había un continuo ladrido cuando su mascota se quedaba sola en casa, tuvimos que pedirle que buscara una solución al respeto, lo que al final se dio, a satisfacción de todos los afectados. Regarding your comment about the pool area, we are sorry for the misunderstanding and happy that we could solve it to your satisfaction. To be on the safe side, we have checked the text in English again and actually think that everything is described correctly so far: “The shared saline-swimming pool produces a natural alternative to chlorine; it is 9 x 4m and incorporates a shallow toddler section. The pool is situated within a lawned garden and is surrounded by a child-safety wooden fence. These precautions will certainly guarantee a restful, fun and relaxing holiday for the whole family”. And: “The lawns around the pool are so spacious that each accommodation has its own area, its own parasol and each guest has their own sun lounger for exclusive use”. If you would like to suggest an improvement, we would be more than happy to consider it. Thank you again for everything and hopefully to see you again in Orgiva soon!
