Apartment Château d'Arcadie, 67m2, terrace and garage. The whole of Biarritz on foot!

Edit: during the summer holidays, we regret not being able to welcome you on Saturdays. However, we are flexible on all other days, the only constraint being 3 nights minimum.

Quiet apartment of 67m2, for 4 people maximum. Ideally located in the heart of Biarritz, allowing you to do everything on foot: 8 minutes to reach the Côte des Basques, the market, restaurants and bars, shops and all other amenities.
This is my own apartment, furnished and decorated to feel good all year round. Don't expect to find hotel standard.... but much better!
It is located on the first floor in a wooded and secure residence, with superb views of Château Boulard. You also benefit from a closed garage.
It consists of an open entrance with separate toilet, a living room with 1 bed (sofa bed en160), room that can be completely independent and isolated for the night (blackout curtains) + 1 bedroom with double bed, a kitchen opening onto the loggia for meals or on the terrace, a bathroom with bathtub.
Fully equipped apartment: storage, TV, internet/wifi/Netflix, microwave oven, Nespresso, dishwasher, washing machine... BEDDING, LINEN AND CLEANING ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.
Entry is between 5 pm and 8 pm, exit between 8 am and 10 am. As far as possible and after agreement, these times can be changed, do not hesitate to talk about it! We will be there to welcome you and provide you with all the necessary explanations.
