It's the perfect way to take in the vibe and style of Palm Springs, in this 2 bedroom/1 bath condominium that is fully equipped and ready to accommodate 6 guests. With a king bed in the master bedroom, queen in the guest bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the spacious living room, + a private balcony. You will have all the comforts of home, including a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes and utensils. The resort is beautifully landscaped with palm trees and the pool is spectacular. At 1.5 acres, the pool boasts a slide, waterfalls and an in-cave hot tub.

This was our second time here! Loved it!!

We came here with our kids in 2021 and we were so excited to come back! We love this place its prefect for our family. The condo was spacious and accommodating and we love the pool and pool slide!

The perfect pool

Clean and fun

This place was nice . We had one adult and four teenage girls -- this was a better option than a hotel where would have needed two separate rooms. The facilities were nice with a great pool & spa.

It was our first time in Palm Springs. The place was great! We had a 2 bedroom and it was huge. Exceeded my expectations for sure. The pool was great, food and bar was awesome! Would highly recommend.

Great for kids

My family and I stayed here and it was perfect for our kids. Lots of pool time and the basic house hold needs. My only wish was that a broom and vacuum were in the unit. Our kids are messy!

Birthday weekend

Overall amazing. Great view. Weather great. Spacious room. Clean. Room did have a weird smell but went away. AC vents need replaced. Needs to be done more often. Very very gross. But I would stay again. Great pool area for kids.

28th Wedding Anniversary

We had a great time! Perfect weather and the Palm Springs Ariel Tramway was amazing and just what I needed. The room was not exactly what was advertised but was nice and roomy and the bed was great / comfortable. The rule about no floaties_ in the pool is a little too strict and might need some revision by the management. But overall very peaceful and relaxed vibe ( which is what we wanted ). Thank you for letting us use your place for our anniversary and my wife’s birthday.

Do not book at this establishment

For personal reasons, I checked in a day late… AND even though my reservation was booked and paid for for an entire month, my reservation was cancelled. After dealing with the very RUDE woman at the desk, we finally got to check in an hour later. The hallways to the room smelt so bad and the room was just as gross. Long story short, a family trip with grand kids and all, we left the same day!!!!

Great amenities

I think Hilton took over this resort, and the rooms have been updated, and were better than what was in the picture. The amenities were great. The pool was amazing. Everyone in my family plays basketball, and the indoor basketball court was one of the main reasons we chose to stay here, and it didn't disappoint. We spent hours playing basketball throughout our stay, and it was a nice way to stay active despite the 115-120 degree heat. You can only park sedans in the garage parking due to height clearance. We rented an SUV, so had to park in the outdoor parking spaces, which were limited, and we often had to park on the street, but it wasn't that big of a deal. Next time, I would strongly consider renting a sedan instead. I would definitely stay here again.

Not as expected

The pool was by far the best part. If not for that, our stay would have been a disappointment. The room was huge, that was the only plus. The air filter was literally dropping dirt, our allergies with the air on were horrific. The carpet and furniture was very worn and dirty. There was a very bare minimum feel to the whole place. We arrived to find out that there was also a daily resort fee added on top of the price we paid on VRBO. THAT was a first for me. Especially when Vrbo advertises no hidden fees. Other than a day visit to use this pool, I would never recommend this property to anyone I know.

Palm Springs fun

The place was clean and as advertised although the property is a little dated. The pool area was very nice. The location was good, approximately a 5 minute drive to downtown. Communication with Shannon was easy.

If you want sunshine and a pool, this place is for you.

If you want a vacation centered around a pool that is in a quiet location with quick access to Palm Springs this is the place for you. The size of the pool and the ability to order food and drinks at the pool made the experience. Loved the smoothies and pizza! The staff was friendly and helpful. The complex is located in a neighborhood that offers walking and biking and close to excellent hiking and golf. The rooms themselves were very clean. Our rooms had been recently updated with new furniture and appliances. There were two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with two queens. There was a TV in each of the bedrooms and the living room. The unit has a lot of space for the whole family and basic amenities for making our own meals if we chose to. The taking out of the garbage in the units was a little odd with a central place to leave garbage bags that was taken out 1-2 times per day. There was below ground parking, and the complex recommended no SUVs to park there due to the low ceiling, but outdoor parking was available. Also, upon checking in we were told the complex had recently been sold and were asked if we wanted to give our feedback on the units (it sounded like a timeshare sale, and we weren’t interested, but just advising if you read this to be prepared for someone to ask). Price wise, it wasn’t cheap, but I booked late and was competitive with other resorts and was prime season. The price was offset by the convenience of the location. Overall, would recommend and we would stay there again in the future.
