Interior was great. Impeccably clean, comfortable, nice beds, good showers. Dishwasher didnā€™t work but we were refunded for that. Pool/spa was fine except there was just one, ripped chaise. Since they wouldnā€™t get us more, we ended up buying our own. We had a great trip, but I did find the whole experience less than what I have experienced at other STRs.

We had an amazing stay at this Palm Springs home! The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The rooms were spacious, cozy, and very comfortable, and the house had all the amenities we needed for a great trip. The pool was fantastic and made our stay extra special, we definitely recommend paying the additional fee to heat it, especially for evening swims. Check-in and check-out were seamless and easy, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. Would recommend this VRBO to anyone visiting Palm Springs!

Great stay

A great stay in a convenient neighbourhood. The pool and spa were lovely, and definitely worth heating during our stay in late November/early December. Communication with the property management was very easy and they were generous with check in/out times. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great place with awesome location

We loved our stay at this vacation house - perfect size for my group (3 people) and using the hot tub every night was a big plus as well. So easy to drive anywhere in Palm Springs because it is so centrally located! I will definitely try to stay here again!

A great home for 6 guests, although there were only 2 of us = plenty of space. Enjoyed the hot tub. Nice backyard to enjoy sun, pool, BBQ.

We went for a short girls trip and we loved the place. Perfect size and it was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the hot tub too! 5 min from the airport and 12 min from downtown, it was so easy to get everywhere. Will definitely rent again!

Great pool getaway!

The house has everything you need for a short or long term stay! The beds were very comfortable, the pool and spa were spacious, clean and just the right temperature (definitely worth the extra to heat the pool in Feb!) A car or Uber is required as there are no amenities within a short walking distance, but only a few minutes to major grocery stores, Starbucks, downtown and many other great spots!

Very cute MCM home close to airport and downtown PS. Miguelā€™s communication was excellent, and we had everything we needed. Note, the pillows were not the most comfortableā€¦ otherwise lovely! Will stay again.

Effortless stay and nice place

I needed a hotel-substitute that was closer to my company's per diem. Found this place and it was fantastic! The property manager was easy to work with, the neighborhood was nice, and it was a simple drive to get anywhere. Only oddity was that the spa kept emptying itself overnight. I was very happy with this rental.

Palm Springs Getaway

Overall we had positive experience and would stay there again as well as recommend to others. Down sides for us were: cooking pans needed replacement, blind fell out of window casing, tv was tough for us old timers to fiqure out. We felt the front yard was underdeveloped and not utilized. The front had the best view.

Great property and location

The home and yard were exactly as described and easy access to downtown by car. Just be warned this is not a VRBO. You will be dealing with Evolve property management and we had several communication issues and billing problems with them. The point of contact, Miguel, in Palm Springs is great but dealing with the property management company was not.

Fine for a short stay

This house was fine with a few quirks. Checking in was easy, with Miguel meeting us at the property and showing us around. It was in a quiet neighborhood and only about a five to ten minute drive to downtown Palm Springs. There were only two of us, so we had enough room, but it would be tight with six (small dining table, living room only seats four). The two bathrooms were spacious, but the hot water in the master sink took forever to heat and the second bath did not have a fan. The cooking pots/pans/utensils were minimal and pretty old, but we made do. It was also difficult to use the barbecue grill without an outdoor light. The outdoor areas and the pool and spa would be lovely during the warm season.

Great for a moms' getaway

We really loved this property for our moms' weekend getaway in January 2024. Miguel was great to communicate with and was happy to let us check in early as our flight got in before noon. We each had our own rooms with large beds (they were firm and could use mattress toppers for my preference, but lots of people like a firm bed). The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need, although we did not really do any cooking. The hot tub was great for January, just know it takes at least an hour to heat up, so plan ahead. We did not pay to have the pool heated but that would be worth it with kids in the winter I'm sure. The outdoor space was great, there's just a lot of remodeling going on for a lot of houses around so we could hear construction noise on weekdays. It was very quiet and relaxing outside on the weekend. Overall we were so happy with this booking.

Cute home in a great location, close to downtown and all the attractions. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The pool is great, very relaxing. Our only inconvenience was the pool cleaner came in the middle of the afternoon, while we were enjoying the pool, so we hopped out. The next day, the landscapers came, again in the middle of the day (not in the morning like the house instructions stated) and we had to come inside while they trimmed hedges and blew debris/leaves all over the pool. Other than that, some bikes and more pool floaties would have been great, but overall we enjoyed our stay.
