Coastal Elegance, Private (Heated Saltwater) Pool, Beautiful Neighborhood on the Lake and a quiet culdesac! Screened Lanai and pool area has a table and chairs for 6 and a propane grill.

THIS HOUSE IS PERFECT! 3 bed/2 bath LAKE HOME Located within 5 miles to Venice Beach and Caspersen Beach, Manasota Key Beach, Nokomis Beach, etc.

BEAUTIFULLY decorated with a beach/ocean theme, you will LOVE this vacation home! Expensive NEW mattresses, two living areas, plenty of space to spread out with lots of couches and recliners! Located in the center of Venice you are literally close to EVERYTHING.

Master has a king bed and private bath with walk in closet. Guest room has a queen bed, and shares a bathroom with the third room, which has a full bed and a twin bed. We also have a sleeper sofa in the front living room.

The garage has everything you need for the beach! Chairs, ice chests, cart, umbrellas, canopy, shark tooth shovels, etc!

ALL of our properties are 5 Star, and are meticulously scrubbed between guests. You WILL NOT FIND a better, cleaner home!

Great stay at Bal Harbour Lake House

We had a fantastic time at the Bal Harbour Lake House. Great communication with property managers,nice amenities, well stocked. Our favorite features were the nice caged pool/lanai area and that the property is dog friendly. We plan to return!

Great house for our Girlsā€™ Trip!

Greg was very helpful with everything. House was super clean and had tons of amenities and items to make our stay stress-free. We felt right at home. We have already booked again for next year!

Outstanding!

We have stayed in several VRBOā€™s and this house rates at the very top. Incredibly clean, awesome Florida Beach decor, all the amenities for a great meaningful stay. The owner is very responsive and friendly. The pool is fabulous and the neighborhood is very quiet.

Very pleased

We had an amazing stay at the house. All you need is a toothbrush and clothes as they have everything you need. Beds were comfy, location was excellent and the pool was warm and just perfect! Being behind the channel was also really enjoyable as we were able to see lots of cool wildlife! I highly recommend! We canā€™t wait to return!!!

Wonderful stay

This is a terrific rental! Good location close to beaches, quiet neighborhood, the pool was enjoyed by all and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. There is also anything you need for the beach and 2 bikes to use as well. The layout provides lots of space for everyone. The owners are very helpful with clear communication. Thanks for a great week!

Amazing property

Spent a lovely holiday at this gorgeous house. It is exactly as described, and is so very well equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. This includes all beach equipment which is high quality and plentiful, and even bikes! We loved it! The property manager is very helpful and responsive. We even had muffins and juice provided as a welcome which was very much appreciated. Cannot recommend this property enough. It is without doubt the best property we have found on Vrbo. Canā€™t wait to return!

The house was bright with lots of sunlight coming in all day long. very well maintained with attention to detail. Nice and quiet neighborhood, yet accessibility was great to grocery stores and major roads. It was nice to have a pool view from the kitchen. Especially appreciated the screening tree around pool. All of us enjoyed staying at this house. Thanks a lot!

Quiet and relaxing, but close to everything

We stayed for two weeks and found the property just as shown - clean and well stocked. The neighborhood is incredibly quiet and, due to the proximity of water, you get to enjoy a number of birds going about their day. In particular, Herman ( a heron) likes to visit the fountain in the front just about every day. We had a relaxing time and were able to go just about everywhere (beaches, dinner, stores) in the area in 10-15 drive. Greg, the property manager checked in several times with us to see if we needed anything, but we really had everything we needed. We will visit again.

Location is superb!

Ten days of our vacation passed by as comfortably as at our home. The house is located in a quiet, welcoming neighborhood close to everything: a pizza shop in just 3 minutes, Sharkies Beach in 7 minutes, and major grocery stores in 5-10 minutes. Greg was super courteous in providing check-in information and answered our texts in minutes. The house is well equipped for a large family. The beds are comfy and the sheets are soft, plenty of bath towels, and everything you need for the beach.Our ten-day vacation felt just as comfortable as being at home. The house is situated in a quiet and welcoming neighborhood, conveniently located near everything: a pizza shop just three minutes away, Sharkies Beach in seven minutes, and major grocery stores within five to ten minutes. Greg was extremely courteous, providing us with check-in information and responding to our texts within minutes. The house is well-equipped for a large family, featuring comfortable beds, soft sheets, plenty of bath towels, and everything needed for a day at the beach. We would stay here again!!!

Amazing Home and Location

Cannot say enough great things about the home, the area and the host. First, Greg was prompt with any questions we had before arriving. When we were staying at the home, he reached out to check in our stay, however we had no issues to report. The home had everything you needed down to shampoo and conditioner in the shower. The pool and lanai had a southerly exposure, so this time of the year we were able to watch sunrises and sunsets sitting on the lanai. The pool water was warm and very comfortable, never felt chilly. Neighborhood was very quiet so we were able to experience some peace and quiet. This has been one of the best rentals we have stayed at. Close to many beaches and lots of restaurants on the water in Venice and close by communities. Highly recommended!

What a perfect place to stay!!!

We had such a wonderful time! We were coming in for a wedding and the host graciously allowed us to get in to the house early. The pool was warm and beautiful. The view every morning was absolutely beautiful. The amount of birds and wildlife was so amazing. The hosts were more than accommodating. They even brought us sifters for skimming shark teeth. That was so much fun. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area. Thank you Greg and Kim for your hospitality.

Bal Harbour Gem

We loved our week at Bal Harbour! Wonderful and comfortable house with many personal touches to make it feel like home. Our hosts were thoughtful, responsive and generous. We forgot a few items and Greg took steps to return them. Pool area is awesome. Comfy furnishings excellent appliances, and a well stocked kitchen. This is a great location near the beaches and restaurants! Siesta Key Beach is worth the drive!! When we visit again, we would love to stay here!!

Perfect home!

This was the perfect home for our family! It was super clean, lovely, and anything and everything you could possibly need was provided. There were things that we had forgotten to pack that we didnā€™t need to purchase because they were already available in the home for our use. The pool area was a huge hit for us as my kids prefer that to the beach most days. For me (who loves the beach), however, we had several beautiful beaches to choose from within a 10-20 minute drive. We visited Caspersen Beach most often but also went to Venice Beach, Nokomis, and even drove north (about an hour) to Bradenton/Anna Maria Island several times. Overall, we loved the house and quiet location. If we could LIVE in this house, we would. Highly recommend.

Perfect Venice Rental

We had a great week plus at the Bal Harbour house. The property was clean and well-maintained and exactly as the pictures show. Located in the heart of Venice it is close to beaches, restaurants, and the cozy downtown Venice district. The price is on par with the market considering the amenities. We spend most of our time in the pool/lanai area. Cleanest pool at a rental we have been to! The house was well-stocked with recreational goodies for the beach as well as beach towels/regular towels. Communication with the property manager was excellent - very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this rental!

Best place we have ever stayed!

This was BY FAR the nicest place we have ever stayed. The managers were so wonderful. Anything we needed they provided. They were quick to respond to our messages if we had any questions, and even brought over their very own seafood utensils so my kids could try fresh lobster. The pool was so warm, my kids hardly left it all 8 days we were there. The beds were amazing! Highly recommend this VRBO!

Venice House

There was nothing there that we really had to go get. Essentials were all there. The pool was good as well. A slight problem that was fixed immediately. I would go back in a heatbeat

We fell in LOVE with the Lake House on Bal Harbour instantly. The wildlife is abundant and we LOVE watching all the native birds. The Home is located on a quiet culdesac in the middle of town. GREAT LOCATION!
